Πολλὰ μὲν οὖν καὶ ἄλλα σημεῖα ἐποίησεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἐνώπιον τῶν ⸀μαθητῶν, ἃ οὐκ ἔστιν γεγραμμένα ἐν τῷ βιβλίῳ τούτῳ·
Gesù, in presenza dei suoi discepoli, fece molti altri segni che non sono stati scritti in questo libro.
Manyⓘ otherⓘ signsⓘ therefore Jesus also didⓘ beforeⓘ his disciplesⓘ, which are not writtenⓘ in this bookⓘ.

ταῦτα δὲ γέγραπται ἵνα ⸀πιστεύητε ὅτι Ἰησοῦς ἐστιν ὁ χριστὸς ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ θεοῦ, καὶ ἵνα πιστεύοντες ζωὴν ἔχητε ἐν τῷ ὀνόματι αὐτοῦ.
Ma questi sono stati scritti perché crediate che Gesù è il Cristo, il Figlio di Dio, e perché, credendo, abbiate la vita nel suo nome.
But these thingsⓘ are writtenⓘ so that you may believeⓘ that Jesus isⓘ the Messiahⓘ, the Son of Godⓘ, and so that, believing, you may have lifeⓘ in his nameⓘ.
