Greekὅτε οὖν ἦλθεν εἰς τὴν Γαλιλαίαν, ἐδέξαντο αὐτὸν οἱ Γαλιλαῖοι, πάντα ἑωρακότες ⸀ὅσα ἐποίησεν ἐν Ἱεροσολύμοις ἐν τῇ ἑορτῇ, καὶ αὐτοὶ γὰρ ἦλθον εἰς τὴν ἑορτήν.
Orthodox ReadingWhen therefore he came into Galilee, the observant Galileans welcomed him — the inhabitants of Jewish Galilee, not the «goyim of Galilee» of Isaiah 8:23 —, having seen all the things he had done in Jerusalem at the pilgrimage feast (the Pesach), for they too had gone up to the feastⓘ.

GreekἮλθεν οὖν ⸀πάλιν εἰς τὴν Κανὰ τῆς Γαλιλαίας, ὅπου ἐποίησεν τὸ ὕδωρ οἶνον. καὶ ἦν τις βασιλικὸς οὗ ὁ υἱὸς ἠσθένει ἐν Καφαρναούμ.

Orthodox ReadingThe father therefore recognized that in that very hourⓘ in which Jesus had said to him «your son lives», and he believed, he and his whole householdⓘ.
