Orthodox Reading«No one, having litⓘ a lampⓘ, places it in a hidden placeⓘ or under the bushelⓘ, but on the lampstandⓘ, so that those who enter may see the light.

Orthodox ReadingThe lamp of the body is the eyeⓘ: when your eye is the good eye (ayin tovah) good eyeⓘ, your whole body is full of light; but when it is the evil eye (ayin ra'ah) evil eyeⓘ, your body too is full of darkness.
351
Orthodox ReadingTake heed thereforeⓘ that the light that is in youⓘ be not darknessⓘ.
361
Orthodox ReadingIf therefore your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly luminous, as when the lamp illumines you with its flashⓘ».
