Προσελθόντες δέ τινες τῶν Σαδδουκαίων, οἱ ⸀ἀντιλέγοντες ἀνάστασιν μὴ εἶναι, ἐπηρώτησαν αὐτὸν
Gli si avvicinarono alcuni sadducei – i quali dicono che non c'è risurrezione – e gli posero questa domanda:
Some of the Sadducees (Saddoukaioi) approachedⓘ, those who deny that there is a resurrectionⓘ, questionedⓘ him

λέγοντες· Διδάσκαλε, Μωϋσῆς ἔγραψεν ἡμῖν, ἐάν τινος ἀδελφὸς ἀποθάνῃ ἔχων γυναῖκα, καὶ οὗτος ἄτεκνος ⸀ᾖ, ἵνα λάβῃ ὁ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ τὴν γυναῖκα καὶ ἐξαναστήσῃ σπέρμα τῷ ἀδελφῷ αὐτοῦ.
«Maestro, Mosè ci ha prescritto: Se a qualcuno muore un fratello che ha moglie, ma senza figli, suo fratello prenda la moglie e dia una discendenza al proprio fratello.
saying: «Teacherⓘ, Moses wrote for usⓘ: if someone's brother dies having a wife and he is without children, let his brother take the wife and raise up seed for his brotherⓘ.

ἑπτὰ οὖν ἀδελφοὶ ἦσαν· καὶ ὁ πρῶτος λαβὼν γυναῖκα ἀπέθανεν ἄτεκνος·
C'erano dunque sette fratelli: il primo, dopo aver preso moglie, morì senza figli.
There were therefore seven brothersⓘ, and the first took a wife and died without childrenⓘ;

καὶ ⸂ὁ δεύτερος⸃
Allora la prese il secondo
and the secondⓘ,
31
καὶ ὁ τρίτος ἔλαβεν ⸀αὐτήν, ὡσαύτως δὲ καὶ οἱ ἑπτὰ οὐ κατέλιπον τέκνα καὶ ἀπέθανον·
e poi il terzo e così tutti e sette morirono senza lasciare figli.
and the third took her; and likewise all seven left no children and diedⓘ.

ὕστερον ⸂καὶ ἡ γυνὴ ἀπέθανεν⸃.
Da ultimo morì anche la donna.
Last of all the woman also diedⓘ.
33
⸂ἡ γυνὴ οὖν ἐν τῇ⸃ ἀναστάσει τίνος αὐτῶν γίνεται γυνή; οἱ γὰρ ἑπτὰ ἔσχον αὐτὴν γυναῖκα.
Questa donna dunque, nella risurrezione, di chi sarà moglie? Poiché tutti e sette l'hanno avuta in moglie».
The woman therefore in the resurrectionⓘ, whose wife of them does she become? For the seven had her as wife».

⸀Καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· Οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ αἰῶνος τούτου γαμοῦσιν καὶ ⸀γαμίσκονται,
Gesù rispose loro: «I figli di questo mondo prendono moglie e prendono marito;
And Jesus said to them: «The sons of this aeonⓘ marry and are given in marriageⓘ;

οἱ δὲ καταξιωθέντες τοῦ αἰῶνος ἐκείνου τυχεῖν καὶ τῆς ἀναστάσεως τῆς ἐκ νεκρῶν οὔτε γαμοῦσιν οὔτε ⸀γαμίζονται·
ma quelli che sono giudicati degni della vita futura e della risurrezione dai morti, non prendono né moglie né marito:
but those judged worthy to obtain that aeon and the resurrection from the deadⓘ neither marry nor are given in marriageⓘ;

⸀οὐδὲ γὰρ ἀποθανεῖν ἔτι δύνανται, ἰσάγγελοι γάρ εἰσιν καὶ υἱοί ⸀εἰσιν θεοῦ τῆς ἀναστάσεως υἱοὶ ὄντες.
infatti non possono più morire, perché sono uguali agli angeli e, essendo figli della risurrezione, sono figli di Dio.
for neither can they die anymoreⓘ, for they are equal to the angelsⓘ and they are sons of God, being sons of the resurrectionⓘ.

ὅτι δὲ ἐγείρονται οἱ νεκροὶ καὶ Μωϋσῆς ἐμήνυσεν ἐπὶ τῆς βάτου, ὡς λέγει κύριον τὸν θεὸν Ἀβραὰμ ⸀καὶ θεὸν Ἰσαὰκ ⸁καὶ θεὸν Ἰακώβ·
Che poi i morti risorgano, lo ha indicato anche Mosè a proposito del roveto, quando dice: Il Signore è il Dio di Abramo, Dio di Isacco e Dio di Giacobbe.
That the dead rise, howeverⓘ, Moses too indicated at the bushⓘ, as the Tetragrammaton says, God of Abraham and God of Isaac and God of Jacobⓘ.

θεὸς δὲ οὐκ ἔστιν νεκρῶν ἀλλὰ ζώντων, πάντες γὰρ αὐτῷ ζῶσιν.
Dio non è dei morti, ma dei viventi; perché tutti vivono per lui».
God is not of the dead but of the livingⓘ; for all live to himⓘ».

ἀποκριθέντες δέ τινες τῶν γραμματέων εἶπαν· Διδάσκαλε, καλῶς εἶπας·
Dissero allora alcuni scribi: «Maestro, hai parlato bene».
Answering, some of the scribes (soferim) saidⓘ: «Teacher, you have spoken wellⓘ».

οὐκέτι ⸀γὰρ ἐτόλμων ἐπερωτᾶν αὐτὸν οὐδέν.
E non osavano più rivolgergli alcuna domanda.
For they no longer dared to question him about anythingⓘ.
