⸂Καὶ παράγων⸃ παρὰ τὴν θάλασσαν τῆς Γαλιλαίας εἶδεν Σίμωνα καὶ Ἀνδρέαν τὸν ⸀ἀδελφὸν Σίμωνος ⸀ἀμφιβάλλοντας ἐν τῇ θαλάσσῃ, ἦσαν γὰρ ἁλιεῖς·
Passando lungo il mare di Galilea, vide Simone e Andrea, fratello di Simone, mentre gettavano le reti in mare; erano infatti pescatori.
Passing along the Sea of Galileeⓘ, he saw Simon and Andrew, Simon's brother, while they were casting the netⓘ into the sea: for they were fishermenⓘ.

καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· Δεῦτε ὀπίσω μου, καὶ ποιήσω ὑμᾶς γενέσθαι ἁλιεῖς ἀνθρώπων.
Gesù disse loro: «Venite dietro a me, vi farò diventare pescatori di uomini».
And Jesus said to them: «Come after meⓘ, I will make you become fishers of menⓘ».

καὶ ⸀εὐθὺς ἀφέντες τὰ ⸀δίκτυα ἠκολούθησαν αὐτῷ.
E subito lasciarono le reti e lo seguirono.
And at once, leaving the nets, they followed himⓘ.

καὶ ⸀προβὰς ὀλίγον εἶδεν Ἰάκωβον τὸν τοῦ Ζεβεδαίου καὶ Ἰωάννην τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, καὶ αὐτοὺς ἐν τῷ πλοίῳ καταρτίζοντας τὰ δίκτυα,
Andando un poco oltre, vide Giacomo, figlio di Zebedeo, e Giovanni suo fratello, mentre anch'essi nella barca riparavano le reti.
Going on a little fartherⓘ, he saw James, son of Zebedee, and John his brother, while they too in the boat were mending the netsⓘ.

καὶ ⸀εὐθὺς ἐκάλεσεν αὐτούς. καὶ ἀφέντες τὸν πατέρα αὐτῶν Ζεβεδαῖον ἐν τῷ πλοίῳ μετὰ τῶν μισθωτῶν ἀπῆλθον ὀπίσω αὐτοῦ.
E subito li chiamò. Ed essi lasciarono il loro padre Zebedeo nella barca con i garzoni e andarono dietro a lui.
And at once he calledⓘ them: and they left their father Zebedeeⓘ in the boat with the hired menⓘ and went after himⓘ.
