GreekΚαὶ προσέφερον αὐτῷ παιδία ἵνα ⸂αὐτῶν ἅψηται⸃· οἱ δὲ μαθηταὶ ⸂ἐπετίμησαν αὐτοῖς⸃.
Orthodox ReadingThey were bringingⓘ childrenⓘ to him so that he might touchⓘ them, but the disciplesⓘ rebukedⓘ them.

Greekἰδὼν δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἠγανάκτησεν καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Ἄφετε τὰ παιδία ἔρχεσθαι πρός με, μὴ κωλύετε αὐτά, τῶν γὰρ τοιούτων ἐστὶν ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ.
Orthodox ReadingJesus, on seeing it, was indignantⓘ and said to them: «Letⓘ the children come to me, do not hinder themⓘ: to such as theseⓘ belongs the kingdom of Godⓘ.
