Καὶ προσέφερον αὐτῷ παιδία ἵνα ⸂αὐτῶν ἅψηται⸃· οἱ δὲ μαθηταὶ ⸂ἐπετίμησαν αὐτοῖς⸃.
Gli presentavano dei bambini perché li toccasse, ma i discepoli li rimproverarono.
They were bringingⓘ childrenⓘ to him so that he might touchⓘ them, but the disciplesⓘ rebukedⓘ them.

ἰδὼν δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἠγανάκτησεν καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Ἄφετε τὰ παιδία ἔρχεσθαι πρός με, μὴ κωλύετε αὐτά, τῶν γὰρ τοιούτων ἐστὶν ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ.
Gesù, al vedere questo, s'indignò e disse loro: «Lasciate che i bambini vengano a me, non glielo impedite: a chi è come loro infatti appartiene il regno di Dio.
Jesus, on seeing it, was indignantⓘ and said to them: «Letⓘ the children come to me, do not hinder themⓘ: to such as theseⓘ belongs the kingdom of Godⓘ.

ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ὃς ⸀ἂν μὴ δέξηται τὴν βασιλείαν τοῦ θεοῦ ὡς παιδίον, οὐ μὴ εἰσέλθῃ εἰς αὐτήν.
In verità io vi dico: chi non accoglie il regno di Dio come lo accoglie un bambino, non entrerà in esso».
Amèn, I say to youⓘ: whoever does not receiveⓘ the kingdom of God like a childⓘ, shall not enterⓘ it».

καὶ ἐναγκαλισάμενος αὐτὰ ⸂κατευλόγει τιθεὶς τὰς χεῖρας ἐπ’ αὐτά⸃.
E, presili tra le braccia, li benediceva, imponendo le mani su di loro.
And, having taken them in his armsⓘ, he was blessingⓘ them, laying on his handsⓘ upon them.
