Καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς ὅτι Πάντες ⸀σκανδαλισθήσεσθε, ὅτι γέγραπται· Πατάξω τὸν ποιμένα, καὶ ⸂τὰ πρόβατα διασκορπισθήσονται⸃.
Gesù disse loro: «Tutti rimarrete scandalizzati, perché sta scritto: Percuoterò il pastore e le pecore saranno disperse.
And Jesus said to them: «All of you ⓘ, because ⓘ: ⓘ.

ἀλλὰ μετὰ τὸ ἐγερθῆναί με προάξω ὑμᾶς εἰς τὴν Γαλιλαίαν.
Ma, dopo che sarò risorto, vi precederò in Galilea».

ὁ δὲ Πέτρος ἔφη αὐτῷ· ⸂Εἰ καὶ⸃ πάντες σκανδαλισθήσονται, ἀλλ’ οὐκ ἐγώ.
Pietro gli disse: «Anche se tutti si scandalizzeranno, io no!».
But ⓘ said to him: «Even if all ⓘ, I will not!».

καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς· Ἀμὴν λέγω σοι ὅτι σὺ σήμερον ⸂ταύτῃ τῇ νυκτὶ⸃ πρὶν ἢ δὶς ἀλέκτορα φωνῆσαι τρίς ⸂με ἀπαρνήσῃ⸃.
Gesù gli disse: «In verità io ti dico: proprio tu, oggi, questa notte, prima che il gallo canti due volte, mi rinnegherai tre volte».
And Jesus said to him: «ⓘ I tell you that you, today, on this night of ⓘ, before the ⓘ crows twice, you will ⓘ me three times».

ὁ δὲ ⸂ἐκπερισσῶς ἐλάλει⸃· Ἐὰν ⸂δέῃ με⸃ συναποθανεῖν σοι, οὐ μή σε ⸀ἀπαρνήσομαι. ὡσαύτως δὲ καὶ πάντες ἔλεγον.
Ma egli, con grande insistenza, diceva: «Se dovrò morire con te, non ti rinnegherò». E tutti dicevano lo stesso.
But he ⓘ: «Even if I ⓘ ⓘ, I will not ⓘ you». And in the same way all ⓘ were saying.
