Ἄλλην παραβολὴν ἀκούσατε. ⸀Ἄνθρωπος ἦν οἰκοδεσπότης ὅστις ἐφύτευσεν ἀμπελῶνα καὶ φραγμὸν αὐτῷ περιέθηκεν καὶ ὤρυξεν ἐν αὐτῷ ληνὸν καὶ ᾠκοδόμησεν πύργον, καὶ ἐξέδετο αὐτὸν γεωργοῖς, καὶ ἀπεδήμησεν.
Ascoltate un'altra parabola: c'era un uomo, che possedeva un terreno e vi piantò una vigna. La circondò con una siepe, vi scavò una buca per il torchio e costruì una torre. La diede in affitto a dei contadini e se ne andò lontano.
Listen to another parable: a man planted a vineyard, put a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a towerⓘ, leased it to tenant farmersⓘ and went awayⓘ.

ὅτε δὲ ἤγγισεν ὁ καιρὸς τῶν καρπῶν, ἀπέστειλεν τοὺς δούλους αὐτοῦ πρὸς τοὺς γεωργοὺς λαβεῖν τοὺς καρποὺς αὐτοῦ.
Quando arrivò il tempo di raccogliere i frutti, mandò i suoi servi dai contadini a ritirare il raccolto.
At the time of the harvest he sent his servantsⓘ to the tenant farmers to collect his fruitsⓘ.

καὶ λαβόντες οἱ γεωργοὶ τοὺς δούλους αὐτοῦ ὃν μὲν ἔδειραν, ὃν δὲ ἀπέκτειναν, ὃν δὲ ἐλιθοβόλησαν.
Ma i contadini presero i servi e uno lo bastonarono, un altro lo uccisero, un altro lo lapidarono.
But the tenant farmers seized the servants: one they beat, another they killed, another they stonedⓘ.

πάλιν ἀπέστειλεν ἄλλους δούλους πλείονας τῶν πρώτων, καὶ ἐποίησαν αὐτοῖς ὡσαύτως.
Mandò di nuovo altri servi, più numerosi dei primi, ma li trattarono allo stesso modo.
He sent others, more numerous: the same.

ὕστερον δὲ ἀπέστειλεν πρὸς αὐτοὺς τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ λέγων· Ἐντραπήσονται τὸν υἱόν μου.
Da ultimo mandò loro il proprio figlio dicendo: Avranno rispetto per mio figlio!
Last of allⓘ he sent them his sonⓘ: «They will respect my son».

οἱ δὲ γεωργοὶ ἰδόντες τὸν υἱὸν εἶπον ἐν ἑαυτοῖς· Οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ κληρονόμος· δεῦτε ἀποκτείνωμεν αὐτὸν καὶ ⸀σχῶμεν τὴν κληρονομίαν αὐτοῦ·
Ma i contadini, visto il figlio, dissero tra loro: Costui è l'erede. Su, uccidiamolo e avremo noi la sua eredità!
But the tenant farmers, seeing the son, said among themselves: «This is the heirⓘ: let us kill him and we shall have the inheritance».

καὶ λαβόντες αὐτὸν ἐξέβαλον ἔξω τοῦ ἀμπελῶνος καὶ ἀπέκτειναν.
Lo presero, lo cacciarono fuori dalla vigna e lo uccisero.
They seized him, cast him out of the vineyard and killed himⓘ.

ὅταν οὖν ἔλθῃ ὁ κύριος τοῦ ἀμπελῶνος, τί ποιήσει τοῖς γεωργοῖς ἐκείνοις;
Quando verrà dunque il padrone della vigna, che cosa farà a quei contadini?».
«When the masterⓘ comes, what will he do to those tenant farmers?».

λέγουσιν αὐτῷ· Κακοὺς κακῶς ἀπολέσει αὐτούς, καὶ τὸν ἀμπελῶνα ἐκδώσεται ἄλλοις γεωργοῖς, οἵτινες ἀποδώσουσιν αὐτῷ τοὺς καρποὺς ἐν τοῖς καιροῖς αὐτῶν.
Gli risposero: «Quei malvagi, li farà morire miseramente e darà in affitto la vigna ad altri contadini, che gli consegneranno i frutti a suo tempo».
They answer him: «He will bring those wicked men to a wretched end and will give the vineyard to other tenant farmersⓘ who will give him the fruits in their season».

Λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· Οὐδέποτε ἀνέγνωτε ἐν ταῖς γραφαῖς· Λίθον ὃν ἀπεδοκίμασαν οἱ οἰκοδομοῦντες οὗτος ἐγενήθη εἰς κεφαλὴν γωνίας· παρὰ κυρίου ἐγένετο αὕτη, καὶ ἔστιν θαυμαστὴ ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς ἡμῶν;
E Gesù disse loro: «Non avete mai letto nelle Scritture: La pietra che i costruttori hanno scartato è diventata la pietra d'angolo; questo è stato fatto dal Signore ed è una meraviglia ai nostri occhi?
Jesus says to them: «Have you never read in the Scriptures: the stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstoneⓘ? This came about from the Lordⓘ and is a marvel in our eyes?

διὰ τοῦτο λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι ἀρθήσεται ἀφ’ ὑμῶν ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ δοθήσεται ἔθνει ποιοῦντι τοὺς καρποὺς αὐτῆς.
Perciò io vi dico: a voi sarà tolto il regno di Dio e sarà dato a un popolo che ne produca i frutti.
Therefore I tell you: from youⓘ the kingdom of God will be taken away and given to a people who will produce its fruitsⓘ.

⸂Καὶ ὁ πεσὼν ἐπὶ τὸν λίθον τοῦτον συνθλασθήσεται· ἐφ’ ὃν δ’ ἂν πέσῃ λικμήσει αὐτόν.⸃
Chi cadrà sopra questa pietra si sfracellerà, e colui sul quale essa cadrà verrà stritolato».
Whoever falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; and on whomever it falls, it will crush himⓘ».

Καὶ ἀκούσαντες οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι τὰς παραβολὰς αὐτοῦ ἔγνωσαν ὅτι περὶ αὐτῶν λέγει·
Udite queste parabole, i capi dei sacerdoti e i farisei capirono che parlava di loro.
Having heard his parables, the archiereis, the kohanim of the Temple summit of Sadducean orientation (Saddoukaioi)ⓘ and the Pharisees, the observant perushim, masters of the oral Torahⓘ understood that he was speaking of themⓘ.

καὶ ζητοῦντες αὐτὸν κρατῆσαι ἐφοβήθησαν τοὺς ὄχλους, ⸂ἐπεὶ εἰς⸃ προφήτην αὐτὸν εἶχον.
Cercavano di catturarlo, ma ebbero paura della folla, perché lo considerava un profeta.
They sought to seize himⓘ, but they feared the crowd of the am ha-aretz, the common people of the Templeⓘ, because they held him to be a prophetⓘ.
