Μὴ οὖν φοβηθῆτε αὐτούς· οὐδὲν γάρ ἐστιν κεκαλυμμένον ὃ οὐκ ἀποκαλυφθήσεται, καὶ κρυπτὸν ὃ οὐ γνωσθήσεται.
Non abbiate dunque paura di loro, poiché nulla è nascosto che non sarà svelato e nulla è segreto che non sarà conosciuto.
Have no fearⓘ of them, therefore, for nothing is hiddenⓘ that will not be unveiledⓘ, and nothing remains secretⓘ destined never to be knownⓘ.

ὃ λέγω ὑμῖν ἐν τῇ σκοτίᾳ, εἴπατε ἐν τῷ φωτί· καὶ ὃ εἰς τὸ οὖς ἀκούετε, κηρύξατε ἐπὶ τῶν δωμάτων.
Quello che io vi dico nelle tenebre ditelo nella luce, e quello che ascoltate all'orecchio annunciatelo dalle terrazze.
What I tell you in the darknessⓘ speak in the lightⓘ, and what you hear whispered in the ear proclaim from the housetopsⓘ.

καὶ μὴ ⸀φοβεῖσθε ἀπὸ τῶν ἀποκτεννόντων τὸ σῶμα τὴν δὲ ψυχὴν μὴ δυναμένων ἀποκτεῖναι· ⸁φοβεῖσθε δὲ μᾶλλον τὸν δυνάμενον ⸀καὶ ψυχὴν ⸁καὶ σῶμα ἀπολέσαι ἐν γεέννῃ.
E non abbiate paura di quelli che uccidono il corpo, ma non possono uccidere l'anima; abbiate paura piuttosto di colui che può far perire l'anima e il corpo nella Geènna.
And do not fear those who kill the bodyⓘ, but cannot kill the soulⓘ; fear rather the one who can destroy soul and bodyⓘ in Gehennaⓘ.

οὐχὶ δύο στρουθία ἀσσαρίου πωλεῖται; καὶ ἓν ἐξ αὐτῶν οὐ πεσεῖται ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ἄνευ τοῦ πατρὸς ὑμῶν.
Due passeri non si vendono forse per un soldo? Eppure neppure uno di essi cadrà a terra senza il volere del Padre vostro.
Are not two sparrowsⓘ sold for a pennyⓘ? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Fatherⓘ.

ὑμῶν δὲ καὶ αἱ τρίχες τῆς κεφαλῆς πᾶσαι ἠριθμημέναι εἰσίν.
Quanto a voi, perfino i capelli del vostro capo sono tutti contati.
As for you, even the hairs of your head are all numberedⓘ.
31
μὴ οὖν ⸀φοβεῖσθε· πολλῶν στρουθίων διαφέρετε ὑμεῖς.
Non abbiate dunque paura: voi valete più di molti passeri!
Have no fear, therefore: you are worth moreⓘ than many sparrows!

Πᾶς οὖν ὅστις ὁμολογήσει ἐν ἐμοὶ ἔμπροσθεν τῶν ἀνθρώπων, ὁμολογήσω κἀγὼ ἐν αὐτῷ ἔμπροσθεν τοῦ πατρός μου τοῦ ⸀ἐν οὐρανοῖς·
Chiunque dunque mi riconoscerà davanti agli uomini, anch'io lo riconoscerò davanti al Padre mio che è nei cieli;
Everyone, therefore, who acknowledges meⓘ before men, I too will acknowledge before my Father who is in the heavensⓘ;

ὅστις ⸂δ’ ἂν⸃ ἀρνήσηταί με ἔμπροσθεν τῶν ἀνθρώπων, ἀρνήσομαι ⸂κἀγὼ αὐτὸν⸃ ἔμπροσθεν τοῦ πατρός μου τοῦ ⸀ἐν οὐρανοῖς.
chi invece mi rinnegherà davanti agli uomini, anch'io lo rinnegherò davanti al Padre mio che è nei cieli.
but whoever denies meⓘ before men, I too will deny before my Father who is in the heavens.
