ועתה אליכם המצוה הזאת הכהנים
Καὶ νῦν ἡ ἐντολὴ αὕτη πρὸς ὑμᾶς, οἱ ἱερεῖς·
And now this command is for you, O ⓘ.

אם לא תשמעו ואם לא תשימו על לב לתת כבוד לשמי אמר יהוה צבאות ושלחתי בכם את המארה וארותי את ברכותיכם וגם ארותיה כי אינכם שמים על לב
ἐὰν μὴ ἀκούσητε, καὶ ἐὰν μὴ θῆσθε εἰς τὴν καρδίαν ὑμῶν τοῦ δοῦναι δόξαν τῷ ὀνόματί μου, λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ, καὶ ἐξαποστελῶ ἐφ’ ὑμᾶς τὴν κατάραν καὶ ἐπικαταράσομαι τὴν εὐλογίαν ὑμῶν καὶ καταράσομαι αὐτήν· καὶ διασκεδάσω τὴν εὐλογίαν ὑμῶν, καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἐν ὑμῖν, ὅτι ὑμεῖς οὐ τίθεσθε εἰς τὴν καρδίαν ὑμῶν.
If you will not listen and will not set in your heart to give ⓘ to my Name — says the Tetragrammaton of ⓘ — I will send upon you the ⓘ and will curse your blessings; indeed I have already cursed them, because you do not set it in your heart.

הנני גער לכם את הזרע וזריתי פרש על פניכם פרש חגיכם ונשא אתכם אליו
ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἀφορίζω ὑμῖν τὸν ὦμον καὶ σκορπιῶ ἤνυστρον ἐπὶ τὰ πρόσωπα ὑμῶν, ἤνυστρον ἑορτῶν ὑμῶν, καὶ λήμψομαι ὑμᾶς εἰς τὸ αὐτό·
Behold, I ⓘ your seed and will spread ⓘ upon your faces, the dung of your ⓘ, and with it you will be carried away.

וידעתם כי שלחתי אליכם את המצוה הזאת להיות בריתי את לוי אמר יהוה צבאות
καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ ἐξαπέσταλκα πρὸς ὑμᾶς τὴν ἐντολὴν ταύτην τοῦ εἶναι τὴν διαθήκην μου πρὸς τοὺς Λευίτας, λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ.
And you will know that I have sent you this command so that my ⓘ with ⓘ may stand — says the Tetragrammaton of hosts.

בריתי היתה אתו החיים והשלום ואתנם לו מורא וייראני ומפני שמי נחת הוא
ἡ διαθήκη μου ἦν μετ’ αὐτοῦ τῆς ζωῆς καὶ τῆς εἰρήνης, καὶ ἔδωκα αὐτῷ ἐν φόβῳ φοβεῖσθαί με καὶ ἀπὸ προσώπου ὀνόματός μου στέλλεσθαι αὐτόν.
My covenant with him was of life and of ⓘ, and I gave them to him as ⓘ: and he feared me and before my Name he withdrew in reverence.

תורת אמת היתה בפיהו ועולה לא נמצא בשפתיו בשלום ובמישור הלך אתי ורבים השיב מעון
νόμος ἀληθείας ἦν ἐν τῷ στόματι αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀδικία οὐχ εὑρέθη ἐν χείλεσιν αὐτοῦ· ἐν εἰρήνῃ κατευθύνων ἐπορεύθη μετ’ ἐμοῦ καὶ πολλοὺς ἐπέστρεψεν ἀπὸ ἀδικίας.
The ⓘ was in his mouth, and ⓘ was not found on his lips; in peace and uprightness he walked with me, and many he turned back from iniquity.

כי שפתי כהן ישמרו דעת ותורה יבקשו מפיהו כי מלאך יהוה צבאות הוא
ὅτι χείλη ἱερέως φυλάξεται γνῶσιν, καὶ νόμον ἐκζητήσουσιν ἐκ στόματος αὐτοῦ, διότι ἄγγελος κυρίου παντοκράτορός ἐστιν.
For the lips of the priest guard ⓘ, and from his mouth instruction is sought, because he is the ⓘ.

ואתם סרתם מן הדרך הכשלתם רבים בתורה שחתם ברית הלוי אמר יהוה צבאות
ὑμεῖς δὲ ἐξεκλίνατε ἐκ τῆς ὁδοῦ καὶ πολλοὺς ἠσθενήσατε ἐν νόμῳ, διεφθείρατε τὴν διαθήκην τοῦ Λευι, λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ.
But you have turned aside from the ⓘ, you have caused many to stumble in the instruction, you have corrupted the covenant of Levi — says the Tetragrammaton of hosts.

וגם אני נתתי אתכם נבזים ושפלים לכל העם כפי אשר אינכם שמרים את דרכי ונשאים פנים בתורה
κἀγὼ δέδωκα ὑμᾶς ἐξουδενωμένους καὶ παρειμένους εἰς πάντα τὰ ἔθνη, ἀνθ’ ὧν ὑμεῖς οὐκ ἐφυλάξασθε τὰς ὁδούς μου, ἀλλὰ ἐλαμβάνετε πρόσωπα ἐν νόμῳ.
And I have made you despised and abased before all the people, because you do not keep my ways and show ⓘ in the instruction.

הלוא אב אחד לכלנו הלוא אל אחד בראנו מדוע נבגד איש באחיו לחלל ברית אבתינו
Οὐχὶ θεὸς εἷς ἔκτισεν ὑμᾶς; οὐχὶ πατὴρ εἷς πάντων ὑμῶν; τί ὅτι ἐγκατελίπετε ἕκαστος τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ τοῦ βεβηλῶσαι τὴν διαθήκην τῶν πατέρων ὑμῶν;
Do we not all have one ⓘ? Has not one God created us? Why then are we ⓘ to one another, profaning the covenant of our fathers?

בגדה יהודה ותועבה נעשתה בישראל ובירושלם כי חלל יהודה קדש יהוה אשר אהב ובעל בת אל נכר
ἐγκατελείφθη Ιουδας, καὶ βδέλυγμα ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ καὶ ἐν Ιερουσαλημ, διότι ἐβεβήλωσεν Ιουδας τὰ ἅγια κυρίου, ἐν οἷς ἠγάπησεν, καὶ ἐπετήδευσεν εἰς θεοὺς ἀλλοτρίους.
ⓘ has been faithless, and ⓘ has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem: Judah has profaned the ⓘ of the Tetragrammaton, which he loves, and has married the daughter of a ⓘ.

יכרת יהוה לאיש אשר יעשנה ער וענה מאהלי יעקב ומגיש מנחה ליהוה צבאות
ἐξολεθρεύσει κύριος τὸν ἄνθρωπον τὸν ποιοῦντα ταῦτα, ἕως καὶ ταπεινωθῇ ἐκ σκηνωμάτων Ιακωβ καὶ ἐκ προσαγόντων θυσίαν τῷ κυρίῳ παντοκράτορι.
May the Tetragrammaton cut off from the tents of Jacob the man who does this, ⓘ, and whoever presents ⓘ to the Tetragrammaton of hosts.

וזאת שנית תעשו כסות דמעה את מזבח יהוה בכי ואנקה מאין עוד פנות אל המנחה ולקחת רצון מידכם
καὶ ταῦτα, ἃ ἐμίσουν, ἐποιεῖτε· ἐκαλύπτετε δάκρυσιν τὸ θυσιαστήριον κυρίου καὶ κλαυθμῷ καὶ στεναγμῷ ἐκ κόπων. ἔτι ἄξιον ἐπιβλέψαι εἰς θυσίαν ἢ λαβεῖν δεκτὸν ἐκ τῶν χειρῶν ὑμῶν;
And this second thing you do: you cover with tears the ⓘ of the Tetragrammaton, with weeping and groaning, because he no longer looks upon the offering or receives it with favor from your hand.

ואמרתם על מה על כי יהוה העיד בינך ובין אשת נעוריך אשר אתה בגדתה בה והיא חברתך ואשת בריתך
καὶ εἴπατε Ἕνεκεν τίνος; ὅτι κύριος διεμαρτύρατο ἀνὰ μέσον σοῦ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον γυναικὸς νεότητός σου, ἣν ἐγκατέλιπες, καὶ αὐτὴ κοινωνός σου καὶ γυνὴ διαθήκης σου.
And you say: Why? Because the Tetragrammaton has been witness between you and ⓘ, to whom you have been faithless: yet she is your companion and ⓘ.

ולא אחד עשה ושאר רוח לו ומה האחד מבקש זרע אלהים ונשמרתם ברוחכם ובאשת נעוריך אל יבגד
καὶ οὐκ ἄλλος ἐποίησεν, καὶ ὑπόλειμμα πνεύματος αὐτοῦ. καὶ εἴπατε Τί ἄλλο ἀλλ’ ἢ σπέρμα ζητεῖ ὁ θεός; καὶ φυλάξασθε ἐν τῷ πνεύματι ὑμῶν, καὶ γυναῖκα νεότητός σου μὴ ἐγκαταλίπῃς·
Did he not make one, with ⓘ in him? And what does that one seek? A ⓘ. Guard yourselves therefore in your spirit, and let no one be faithless to the wife of his youth.

כי שנא שלח אמר יהוה אלהי ישראל וכסה חמס על לבושו אמר יהוה צבאות ונשמרתם ברוחכם ולא תבגדו
ἀλλὰ ἐὰν μισήσας ἐξαποστείλῃς, λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τοῦ Ισραηλ, καὶ καλύψει ἀσέβεια ἐπὶ τὰ ἐνθυμήματά σου, λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ. καὶ φυλάξασθε ἐν τῷ πνεύματι ὑμῶν καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐγκαταλίπητε.
For I hate ⓘ — says the Tetragrammaton, the God of Israel — and him who covers with ⓘ his garment, says the Tetragrammaton of hosts. Guard yourselves therefore in your spirit and do not be faithless.

הוגעתם יהוה בדבריכם ואמרתם במה הוגענו באמרכם כל עשה רע טוב בעיני יהוה ובהם הוא חפץ או איה אלהי המשפט
Οἱ παροξύνοντες τὸν θεὸν ἐν τοῖς λόγοις ὑμῶν καὶ εἴπατε Ἐν τίνι παρωξύναμεν αὐτόν; ἐν τῷ λέγειν ὑμᾶς Πᾶς ποιῶν πονηρόν, καλὸν ἐνώπιον κυρίου, καὶ ἐν αὐτοῖς αὐτὸς εὐδόκησεν· καί Ποῦ ἐστιν ὁ θεὸς τῆς δικαιοσύνης;
You have ⓘ the Tetragrammaton with your words. And you say: In what have we wearied him? In saying: Everyone who does evil is good in the eyes of the Tetragrammaton, and in them he delights, or: Where is the ⓘ?
