ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר
Καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
And the word of the Tetragrammaton came to me, saying:

בן אדם אמר לנגיד צר כה אמר אדני יהוה יען גבה לבך ותאמר אל אני מושב אלהים ישבתי בלב ימים ואתה אדם ולא אל ותתן לבך כלב אלהים
Καὶ σύ, υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, εἰπὸν τῷ ἄρχοντι Τύρου Τάδε λέγει κύριος Ἀνθ ὧν ὑψώθη σου ἡ καρδία, καὶ εἶπας Θεός εἰμι ἐγώ, κατοικίαν θεοῦ κατῴκηκα ἐν καρδίᾳ θαλάσσης, σὺ δὲ εἶ ἄνθρωπος καὶ οὐ θεὸς καὶ ἔδωκας τὴν καρδίαν σου ὡς καρδίαν θεοῦ,
ⓘ, say to the ⓘ: Thus says the Lord Tetragrammaton: Because your ⓘ and you have said: "I am a ⓘ, in the heart of the seas I have placed my divine dwelling" — yet you are a man and not a god, even though you have made your heart like the heart of a god —

הנה חכם אתה מדנאל מדניאל כל סתום לא עממוך
μὴ σοφώτερος εἶ σὺ τοῦ Δανιηλ; σοφοὶ οὐκ ἐπαίδευσάν σε τῇ ἐπιστήμῃ αὐτῶν;
behold, are you wiser than ⓘ? No secret is hidden from you.

בחכמתך ובתבונתך עשית לך חיל ותעש זהב וכסף באוצרותיך
μὴ ἐν τῇ ἐπιστήμῃ σου ἢ ἐν τῇ φρονήσει σου ἐποίησας σεαυτῷ δύναμιν καὶ χρυσίον καὶ ἀργύριον ἐν τοῖς θησαυροῖς σου;
By your ⓘ and your understanding you have acquired power, and you have amassed gold and silver in your ⓘ;

ברב חכמתך ברכלתך הרבית חילך ויגבה לבבך בחילך
ἐν τῇ πολλῇ ἐπιστήμῃ σου καὶ ἐμπορίᾳ σου ἐπλήθυνας δύναμίν σου, ὑψώθη ἡ καρδία σου ἐν τῇ δυνάμει σου.
by your great wisdom and your ⓘ you have multiplied your power, and your heart has been lifted up in your power.

לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה יען תתך את לבבך כלב אלהים
διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος Ἐπειδὴ δέδωκας τὴν καρδίαν σου ὡς καρδίαν θεοῦ,
Therefore thus says the Lord Tetragrammaton: Because you have made your heart like the heart of a god,

לכן הנני מביא עליך זרים עריצי גוים והריקו חרבותם על יפי חכמתך וחללו יפעתך
ἀντὶ τούτου ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐπάγω ἐπὶ σὲ ἀλλοτρίους λοιμοὺς ἀπὸ ἐθνῶν, καὶ ἐκκενώσουσιν τὰς μαχαίρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸ κάλλος τῆς ἐπιστήμης σου καὶ στρώσουσιν τὸ κάλλος σου εἰς ἀπώλειαν
behold, I am bringing against you ⓘ, the most ruthless of the nations, and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom and profane your splendour;

לשחת יורדוך ומתה ממותי חלל בלב ימים
καὶ καταβιβάσουσίν σε, καὶ ἀποθανῇ θανάτῳ τραυματιῶν ἐν καρδίᾳ θαλάσσης.
they shall bring you down ⓘ, and you shall die the death of the ⓘ in the heart of the seas.

האמר תאמר אלהים אני לפני הרגך ואתה אדם ולא אל ביד מחלליך
μὴ λέγων ἐρεῖς Θεός εἰμι ἐγώ, ἐνώπιον τῶν ἀναιρούντων σε; σὺ δὲ εἶ ἄνθρωπος καὶ οὐ θεός. ἐν πλήθει
Will you still say, "I am a god," before those who slay you? But you are a man and not a god, in the hand of those who pierce you.

מותי ערלים תמות ביד זרים כי אני דברתי נאם אדני יהוה
ἀπεριτμήτων ἀπολῇ ἐν χερσὶν ἀλλοτρίων· ὅτι ἐγὼ ἐλάλησα, λέγει κύριος.
The death of the ⓘ you shall die, by the hand of foreigners; for I have spoken, declares the Lord Tetragrammaton.

ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר
Καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
And the word of the Tetragrammaton came to me, saying:
12
בן אדם שא קינה על מלך צור ואמרת לו כה אמר אדני יהוה אתה חותם תכנית מלא חכמה וכליל יפי
Υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, λαβὲ θρῆνον ἐπὶ τὸν ἄρχοντα Τύρου καὶ εἰπὸν αὐτῷ Τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος Σὺ ἀποσφράγισμα ὁμοιώσεως καὶ στέφανος κάλλους
Son of man, raise a ⓘ over the king of Tyre and say to him: Thus says the Lord Tetragrammaton: You were the ⓘ, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.

בעדן גן אלהים היית כל אבן יקרה מסכתך אדם פטדה ויהלם תרשיש שהם וישפה ספיר נפך וברקת וזהב מלאכת תפיך ונקביך בך ביום הבראך כוננו
ἐν τῇ τρυφῇ τοῦ παραδείσου τοῦ θεοῦ ἐγενήθης· πᾶν λίθον χρηστὸν ἐνδέδεσαι, σάρδιον καὶ τοπάζιον καὶ σμάραγδον καὶ ἄνθρακα καὶ σάπφειρον καὶ ἴασπιν καὶ ἀργύριον καὶ χρυσίον καὶ λιγύριον καὶ ἀχάτην καὶ ἀμέθυστον καὶ χρυσόλιθον καὶ βηρύλλιον καὶ ὀνύχιον, καὶ χρυσίου ἐνέπλησας τοὺς θησαυρούς σου καὶ τὰς ἀποθήκας σου ἐν σοὶ ἀφ’ ἧς ἡμέρας ἐκτίσθης σύ.
In ⓘ you dwelt; every ⓘ adorned you: carnelian, topaz and jasper, chrysolite, ⓘ and beryl, sapphire, turquoise and emerald; and of gold were fashioned your settings and your engravings, prepared on the day you were created.

את כרוב ממשח הסוכך ונתתיך בהר קדש אלהים היית בתוך אבני אש התהלכת
μετὰ τοῦ χερουβ ἔθηκά σε ἐν ὄρει ἁγίῳ θεοῦ, ἐγενήθης ἐν μέσῳ λίθων πυρίνων.
You were the ⓘ anointed and guardian; I had set you on the ⓘ, in the midst of the ⓘ you walked.

תמים אתה בדרכיך מיום הבראך עד נמצא עולתה בך
ἐγενήθης ἄμωμος σὺ ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις σου ἀφ’ ἧς ἡμέρας σὺ ἐκτίσθης ἕως εὑρέθη τὰ ἀδικήματα ἐν σοί.
You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created, until iniquity was found in you.

ברב רכלתך מלו תוכך חמס ותחטא ואחללך מהר אלהים ואבדך כרוב הסכך מתוך אבני אש
ἀπὸ πλήθους τῆς ἐμπορίας σου ἔπλησας τὰ ταμίειά σου ἀνομίας καὶ ἥμαρτες καὶ ἐτραυματίσθης ἀπὸ ὄρους τοῦ θεοῦ, καὶ ἤγαγέν σε τὸ χερουβ ἐκ μέσου λίθων πυρίνων.
Through the abundance of your trade your inner being was filled with ⓘ, and you sinned; so I cast you out as profane from the mountain of God, and I caused you to perish, O guardian cherub, from among the stones of fire.

גבה לבך ביפיך שחת חכמתך על יפעתך על ארץ השלכתיך לפני מלכים נתתיך לראוה בך
ὑψώθη ἡ καρδία σου ἐπὶ τῷ κάλλει σου, διεφθάρη ἡ ἐπιστήμη σου μετὰ τοῦ κάλλους σου· διὰ πλῆθος ἁμαρτιῶν σου ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ἔρριψά σε, ἐναντίον βασιλέων ἔδωκά σε παραδειγματισθῆναι.
Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendour; I cast you to the ground, before kings I made you a spectacle.

מרב עוניך בעול רכלתך חללת מקדשיך ואוצא אש מתוכך היא אכלתך ואתנך לאפר על הארץ לעיני כל ראיך
διὰ τὸ πλῆθος τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν σου καὶ τῶν ἀδικιῶν τῆς ἐμπορίας σου ἐβεβήλωσας τὰ ἱερά σου· καὶ ἐξάξω πῦρ ἐκ μέσου σου, τοῦτο καταφάγεταί σε· καὶ δώσω σε εἰς σποδὸν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς σου ἐναντίον πάντων τῶν ὁρώντων σε.
By the multitude of your iniquities, through the dishonesty of your trade, you profaned your ⓘ; so I brought fire out from your midst, it consumed you, and I turned you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who looked upon you.
19
כל יודעיך בעמים שממו עליך בלהות היית ואינך עד עולם
καὶ πάντες οἱ ἐπιστάμενοί σε ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν στυγνάσουσιν ἐπὶ σέ· ἀπώλεια ἐγένου καὶ οὐχ ὑπάρξεις ἔτι εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα.
All who know you among the peoples are appalled at you; you have become ⓘ and shall be no more, forever.
20
ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר
Καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων
And the word of the Tetragrammaton came to me, saying:
21
בן אדם שים פניך אל צידון והנבא עליה
Υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, στήρισον τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπὶ Σιδῶνα καὶ προφήτευσον ἐπ’ αὐτὴν
Son of man, ⓘ against ⓘ and prophesy against her,
22
ואמרת כה אמר אדני יהוה הנני עליך צידון ונכבדתי בתוכך וידעו כי אני יהוה בעשותי בה שפטים ונקדשתי בה
καὶ εἰπόν Τάδε λέγει κύριος Ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐπὶ σέ, Σιδών, καὶ ἐνδοξασθήσομαι ἐν σοί, καὶ γνώσῃ ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ἐν τῷ ποιῆσαί με ἐν σοὶ κρίματα, καὶ ἁγιασθήσομαι ἐν σοί.
and say: Thus says the Lord Tetragrammaton: Behold, I am against you, Sidon, and I shall be ⓘ in your midst; and they shall know that I am the Tetragrammaton when I execute judgments upon her and am ⓘ in her.
23
ושלחתי בה דבר ודם בחוצותיה ונפלל חלל בתוכה בחרב עליה מסביב וידעו כי אני יהוה
αἷμα καὶ θάνατος ἐν ταῖς πλατείαις σου, καὶ πεσοῦνται τετραυματισμένοι ἐν μαχαίραις ἐν σοὶ περικύκλῳ σου· καὶ γνώσονται διότι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος.
I will send pestilence and blood into her streets, and the slain shall fall in her midst by the sword that comes from every side; and they shall know that I am the Tetragrammaton.

ולא יהיה עוד לבית ישראל סלון ממאיר וקוץ מכאב מכל סביבתם השאטים אותם וידעו כי אני אדני יהוה
καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται οὐκέτι τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ Ισραηλ σκόλοψ πικρίας καὶ ἄκανθα ὀδύνης ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν περικύκλῳ αὐτῶν τῶν ἀτιμασάντων αὐτούς· καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος.
And there shall no longer be for the ⓘ a ⓘ nor a painful thorn from all the neighbours who have despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord Tetragrammaton.
25
כה אמר אדני יהוה בקבצי את בית ישראל מן העמים אשר נפצו בם ונקדשתי בם לעיני הגוים וישבו על אדמתם אשר נתתי לעבדי ליעקב
τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος Καὶ συνάξω τὸν Ισραηλ ἐκ τῶν ἐθνῶν, οὗ διεσκορπίσθησαν ἐκεῖ, καὶ ἁγιασθήσομαι ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐνώπιον τῶν λαῶν καὶ τῶν ἐθνῶν· καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς αὐτῶν, ἣν δέδωκα τῷ δούλῳ μου Ιακωβ,
Thus says the Lord Tetragrammaton: When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they have been scattered, I shall be ⓘ in them before the eyes of the nations; and they shall dwell on their soil which I gave to my servant ⓘ.

וישבו עליה לבטח ובנו בתים ונטעו כרמים וישבו לבטח בעשותי שפטים בכל השאטים אתם מסביבותם וידעו כי אני יהוה אלהיהם
καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς ἐν ἐλπίδι καὶ οἰκοδομήσουσιν οἰκίας καὶ φυτεύσουσιν ἀμπελῶνας καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐν ἐλπίδι, ὅταν ποιήσω κρίμα ἐν πᾶσιν τοῖς ἀτιμάσασιν αὐτοὺς ἐν τοῖς κύκλῳ αὐτῶν· καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς αὐτῶν καὶ ὁ θεὸς τῶν πατέρων αὐτῶν.
They shall dwell securely there, they shall build houses and plant vineyards, and they shall dwell in peace when I execute judgments upon all those around them who have despised them; and they shall know that I am the Tetragrammaton, their God.
