וידבר יהוה אל משה לאמר
Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων
And the Tetragrammatonⓘ spoke to Mosheh, saying:

דבר אל בני ישראל לאמר אשה כי תזריע וילדה זכר וטמאה שבעת ימים כימי נדת דותה תטמא
Λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς Γυνή, ἥτις ἐὰν σπερματισθῇ καὶ τέκῃ ἄρσεν, καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας, κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας τοῦ χωρισμοῦ τῆς ἀφέδρου αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται·
Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: A woman, when she emits seedⓘ and gives birth to a male, shall be impureⓘ for seven days: as in the days of separationⓘ of her ailment, she shall be impure.

וביום השמיני ימול בשר ערלתו
καὶ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ὀγδόῃ περιτεμεῖ τὴν σάρκα τῆς ἀκροβυστίας αὐτοῦ·
And on the eighth dayⓘ the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcisedⓘ.

ושלשים יום ושלשת ימים תשב בדמי טהרה בכל קדש לא תגע ואל המקדש לא תבא עד מלאת ימי טהרה
καὶ τριάκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ τρεῖς καθήσεται ἐν αἵματι ἀκαθάρτῳ αὐτῆς, παντὸς ἁγίου οὐχ ἅψεται καὶ εἰς τὸ ἁγιαστήριον οὐκ εἰσελεύσεται, ἕως ἂν πληρωθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι καθάρσεως αὐτῆς.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And for thirty-three days she shall sit in her **impureⓘ blood**: she shall touch no consecrated thing and into the sanctuaryⓘ she shall not enter, until the days of her purification are fulfilled.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And for thirty-three daysⓘ she shall remainⓘ in the blood of purificationⓘ: nothing holy shall she touch and into the sanctuaryⓘ she shall not enter, until the days of her purification are fulfilled.

ואם נקבה תלד וטמאה שבעים כנדתה וששים יום וששת ימים תשב על דמי טהרה
ἐὰν δὲ θῆλυ τέκῃ, καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται δὶς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας κατὰ τὴν ἄφεδρον· καὶ ἑξήκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ ἓξ καθεσθήσεται ἐν αἵματι ἀκαθάρτῳ αὐτῆς.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And if she gives birth to a female, she shall be impure for twice seven daysⓘ according to the menstrual flow; and for sixty-six days she shall sit in her **impureⓘ blood**.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And if she gives birth to a femaleⓘ, she shall be impure two weeksⓘ as in her separation; and for sixty-six daysⓘ she shall remain upon the blood of purificationⓘ.

ובמלאת ימי טהרה לבן או לבת תביא כבש בן שנתו לעלה ובן יונה או תר לחטאת אל פתח אהל מועד אל הכהן
καὶ ὅταν ἀναπληρωθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι καθάρσεως αὐτῆς ἐφ’ υἱῷ ἢ ἐπὶ θυγατρί, προσοίσει ἀμνὸν ἐνιαύσιον ἄμωμον εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ νεοσσὸν περιστερᾶς ἢ τρυγόνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου πρὸς τὸν ἱερέα,
And at the fulfilling of the daysⓘ of her purification, for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb a year oldⓘ for a burnt offeringⓘ and a pigeonⓘ or a turtledove for a sin offeringⓘ, at the entrance of the tent of meetingⓘ, to the priest.

והקריבו לפני יהוה וכפר עליה וטהרה ממקר דמיה זאת תורת הילדת לזכר או לנקבה
καὶ προσοίσει ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ καθαριεῖ αὐτὴν ἀπὸ τῆς πηγῆς τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῆς. οὗτος ὁ νόμος τῆς τικτούσης ἄρσεν ἢ θῆλυ.
And he shall presentⓘ it before the Tetragrammatonⓘ and shall make atonementⓘ for her, and she shall be made pure from the fountain of her bloodⓘ. This is the torahⓘ of the woman who gives birth, for the male or for the female.

ואם לא תמצא ידה די שה ולקחה שתי תרים או שני בני יונה אחד לעלה ואחד לחטאת וכפר עליה הכהן וטהרה
ἐὰν δὲ μὴ εὑρίσκῃ ἡ χεὶρ αὐτῆς τὸ ἱκανὸν εἰς ἀμνόν, καὶ λήμψεται δύο τρυγόνας ἢ δύο νεοσσοὺς περιστερῶν, μίαν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ μίαν περὶ ἁμαρτίας, καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεύς, καὶ καθαρισθήσεται.
And if her hand does not find enoughⓘ for a sheep, she shall take two turtledovesⓘ or two young pigeonsⓘ, one for a burnt offering and one for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonementⓘ for her, and she shall be made pure.
