הדבר אשר היה על ירמיהו על כל עם יהודה בשנה הרבעית ליהויקים בן יאשיהו מלך יהודה היא השנה הראשנית לנבוכדראצר מלך בבל
Ὁ λόγος ὁ γενόμενος πρὸς Ιερεμιαν ἐπὶ πάντα τὸν λαὸν Ιουδα ἐν τῷ ἔτει τῷ τετάρτῳ τοῦ Ιωακιμ υἱοῦ Ιωσια βασιλέως Ιουδα,
The word that came to Yirmeyàhu concerning all the people of Yehudàh, in the ⓘ son of Yoshiyàhu, king of Yehudàh — that is the first year of ⓘ king of Bavèl —,

אשר דבר ירמיהו הנביא על כל עם יהודה ואל כל ישבי ירושלם לאמר
Τῇ Αἰγύπτῳ ἐπὶ δύναμιν Φαραω Νεχαω βασιλέως Αἰγύπτου, ὃς ἦν ἐπὶ τῷ ποταμῷ Εὐφράτῃ ἐν Χαρχαμις, ὃν ἐπάταξε Ναβουχοδονοσορ βασιλεὺς Βαβυλῶνος ἐν τῷ ἔτει τῷ τετάρτῳ Ιωακιμ βασιλέως Ιουδα.
which Yirmeyàhu the prophet spoke to all the people of Yehudàh and to all the inhabitants of Yerushalàim, saying:

מן שלש עשרה שנה ליאשיהו בן אמון מלך יהודה ועד היום הזה זה שלש ועשרים שנה היה דבר יהוה אלי ואדבר אליכם אשכים ודבר ולא שמעתם
Ἀναλάβετε ὅπλα καὶ ἀσπίδας καὶ προσαγάγετε εἰς πόλεμον·
"From the thirteenth year of Yoshiyàhu son of Amòn, king of Yehudàh, until this day — twenty-three years — the word of the Tetragrammaton has come to me, and I have spoken to you, ⓘ and speaking, but you have not listened.

ושלח יהוה אליכם את כל עבדיו הנבאים השכם ושלח ולא שמעתם ולא הטיתם את אזנכם לשמע
ἐπισάξατε τοὺς ἵππους ἐπίβητε, οἱ ἱππεῖς, καὶ κατάστητε ἐν ταῖς περικεφαλαίαις ὑμῶν· προβάλετε τὰ δόρατα καὶ ἐνδύσασθε τοὺς θώρακας ὑμῶν.
And the Tetragrammaton has sent to you all his servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, but you have not listened nor inclined your ear to hear.

לאמר שובו נא איש מדרכו הרעה ומרע מעלליכם ושבו על האדמה אשר נתן יהוה לכם ולאבותיכם למן עולם ועד עולם
τί ὅτι αὐτοὶ πτοοῦνται καὶ ἀποχωροῦσιν ὀπίσω; διότι οἱ ἰσχυροὶ αὐτῶν κοπήσονται. φυγῇ ἔφυγον καὶ οὐκ ἀνέστρεψαν περιεχόμενοι κυκλόθεν, λέγει κύριος.
Saying: ⓘ every one from his evil way and from the evil of your deeds, and dwell on the land that the Tetragrammaton has given to you and to your fathers, from of old and forever.

ואל תלכו אחרי אלהים אחרים לעבדם ולהשתחות להם ולא תכעיסו אותי במעשה ידיכם ולא ארע לכם
μὴ φευγέτω ὁ κοῦφος, καὶ μὴ ἀνασῳζέσθω ὁ ἰσχυρός· ἐπὶ βορρᾶν τὰ παρὰ τὸν Εὐφράτην ἠσθένησαν πεπτώκασιν.
And do not go after ⓘ to serve them and to bow down to them, and do not provoke me to anger with the work of your hands, and I will do you no harm.

ולא שמעתם אלי נאם יהוה למען הכעסוני הכעיסני במעשה ידיכם לרע לכם
τίς οὗτος ὡς ποταμὸς ἀναβήσεται καὶ ὡς ποταμοὶ κυμαίνουσιν ὕδωρ;
But you have not listened to me — oracle of the Tetragrammaton — so as to ⓘ with the work of your hands, to your own harm.

לכן כה אמר יהוה צבאות יען אשר לא שמעתם את דברי
ὕδατα Αἰγύπτου ὡσεὶ ποταμὸς ἀναβήσεται καὶ εἶπεν Ἀναβήσομαι καὶ κατακαλύψω γῆν καὶ ἀπολῶ κατοικοῦντας ἐν αὐτῇ.
Therefore thus says the Tetragrammaton ⓘ: Because you have not obeyed my words,

הנני שלח ולקחתי את כל משפחות צפון נאם יהוה ואל נבוכדראצר מלך בבל עבדי והבאתים על הארץ הזאת ועל ישביה ועל כל הגוים האלה סביב והחרמתים ושמתים לשמה ולשרקה ולחרבות עולם
ἐπίβητε ἐπὶ τοὺς ἵππους, παρασκευάσατε τὰ ἅρματα· ἐξέλθατε, οἱ μαχηταὶ Αἰθιόπων καὶ Λίβυες καθωπλισμένοι ὅπλοις· καὶ Λυδοί, ἀνάβητε ἐντείνατε τόξον.
behold, I am sending to take all the families of the north — oracle of the Tetragrammaton — and I am sending to Nevukadretzàr king of Bavèl, ⓘ, and I will bring them against this land and against its inhabitants and against all these surrounding nations, and I will ⓘ and make them a ⓘ, an object of scorn and perpetual ruins.

והאבדתי מהם קול ששון וקול שמחה קול חתן וקול כלה קול רחים ואור נר
καὶ ἡ ἡμέρα ἐκείνη κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ ἡμῶν ἡμέρα ἐκδικήσεως τοῦ ἐκδικῆσαι τοὺς ἐχθροὺς αὐτοῦ, καὶ καταφάγεται ἡ μάχαιρα κυρίου καὶ ἐμπλησθήσεται καὶ μεθυσθήσεται ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῶν, ὅτι θυσία τῷ κυρίῳ σαβαωθ ἀπὸ γῆς βορρᾶ ἐπὶ ποταμῷ Εὐφράτῃ.
And I will banish from them the voice of ⓘ, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the sound of the ⓘ and the light of the lamp.

והיתה כל הארץ הזאת לחרבה לשמה ועבדו הגוים האלה את מלך בבל שבעים שנה
ἀνάβηθι, Γαλααδ, καὶ λαβὲ ῥητίνην τῇ παρθένῳ θυγατρὶ Αἰγύπτου· εἰς κενὸν ἐπλήθυνας ἰάματά σου, ὠφέλεια οὐκ ἔστιν σοί.
And all this land will become a ruin, a desolation, and these nations will serve the king of Bavèl ⓘ.

והיה כמלאות שבעים שנה אפקד על מלך בבל ועל הגוי ההוא נאם יהוה את עונם ועל ארץ כשדים ושמתי אתו לשממות עולם
ἤκουσαν ἔθνη φωνήν σου, καὶ τῆς κραυγῆς σου ἐπλήσθη ἡ γῆ, ὅτι μαχητὴς πρὸς μαχητὴν ἠσθένησεν, ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ ἔπεσαν ἀμφότεροι.
And it will come to pass, when the seventy years are completed, I will ⓘ the king of Bavèl and that nation — oracle of the Tetragrammaton — for their iniquity, and the land of the ⓘ, and I will make it perpetual desolations.

והבאיתי והבאתי על הארץ ההיא את כל דברי אשר דברתי עליה את כל הכתוב בספר הזה אשר נבא ירמיהו על כל הגוים
Ἃ ἐλάλησεν κύριος ἐν χειρὶ Ιερεμιου τοῦ ἐλθεῖν Ναβουχοδονοσορ τὸν βασιλέα Βαβυλῶνος τοῦ κόψαι τὴν γῆν Αἰγύπτου.
And I will bring upon that land all my words that I have spoken against it, everything written in this book, ⓘ.

כי עבדו בם גם המה גוים רבים ומלכים גדולים ושלמתי להם כפעלם וכמעשה ידיהם
Ἀναγγείλατε εἰς Μάγδωλον καὶ παραγγείλατε εἰς Μέμφιν, εἴπατε Ἐπίστηθι καὶ ἑτοίμασον, ὅτι κατέφαγεν μάχαιρα τὴν σμίλακά σου.
For of them too many nations and great kings will make use, and I will recompense them according to their deeds and according to the work of their hands."

כי כה אמר יהוה אלהי ישראל אלי קח את כוס היין החמה הזאת מידי והשקיתה אתו את כל הגוים אשר אנכי שלח אותך אליהם
διὰ τί ἔφυγεν ὁ Ἆπις; ὁ μόσχος ὁ ἐκλεκτός σου οὐκ ἔμεινεν, ὅτι κύριος παρέλυσεν αὐτόν.
For thus the Tetragrammaton, the God of Israèl, said to me: "Take from my hand this ⓘ and make all the nations to whom I am sending you drink from it.

ושתו והתגעשו והתהללו מפני החרב אשר אנכי שלח בינתם
καὶ τὸ πλῆθός σου ἠσθένησεν καὶ ἔπεσεν, καὶ ἕκαστος πρὸς τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ ἐλάλει Ἀναστῶμεν καὶ ἀναστρέψωμεν πρὸς τὸν λαὸν ἡμῶν εἰς τὴν πατρίδα ἡμῶν ἀπὸ προσώπου μαχαίρας Ἑλληνικῆς.
And they will drink and ⓘ and lose their senses because of the sword that I am sending among them."

ואקח את הכוס מיד יהוה ואשקה את כל הגוים אשר שלחני יהוה אליהם
καλέσατε τὸ ὄνομα Φαραω Νεχαω βασιλέως Αἰγύπτου Σαων – εσβι – εμωηδ.
And I took the cup from the hand of the Tetragrammaton and made all the nations drink, to whom the Tetragrammaton sent me:

את ירושלם ואת ערי יהודה ואת מלכיה את שריה לתת אתם לחרבה לשמה לשרקה ולקללה כיום הזה
ζῶ ἐγώ, λέγει κύριος ὁ θεός, ὅτι ὡς τὸ Ἰταβύριον ἐν τοῖς ὄρεσιν καὶ ὡς ὁ Κάρμηλος ἐν τῇ θαλάσσῃ ἥξει.
Yerushalàim and the cities of Yehudàh, its kings and its princes, to make them a ruin, a desolation, an object of scorn and a curse, as it is today;

את פרעה מלך מצרים ואת עבדיו ואת שריו ואת כל עמו
σκεύη ἀποικισμοῦ ποίησον σεαυτῇ, κατοικοῦσα θύγατερ Αἰγύπτου, ὅτι Μέμφις εἰς ἀφανισμὸν ἔσται καὶ κληθήσεται οὐαὶ διὰ τὸ μὴ ὑπάρχειν κατοικοῦντας ἐν αὐτῇ.
ⓘ king of Egypt, his servants, his princes and all his people;
20
ואת כל הערב ואת כל מלכי ארץ העוץ ואת כל מלכי ארץ פלשתים ואת אשקלון ואת עזה ואת עקרון ואת שארית אשדוד
δάμαλις κεκαλλωπισμένη Αἴγυπτος, ἀπόσπασμα ἀπὸ βορρᾶ ἦλθεν ἐπ’ αὐτήν.
and all the ⓘ and all the kings of the land of Utz, and all the kings of the land of the Pelishtìm, and Ashkelòn, Azzàh, Eqròn and the remnant of Ashdòd;

את אדום ואת מואב ואת בני עמון
καὶ οἱ μισθωτοὶ αὐτῆς ἐν αὐτῇ ὥσπερ μόσχοι σιτευτοὶ τρεφόμενοι ἐν αὐτῇ, διότι καὶ αὐτοὶ ἀπεστράφησαν καὶ ἔφυγον ὁμοθυμαδόν, οὐκ ἔστησαν, ὅτι ἡμέρα ἀπωλείας ἦλθεν ἐπ’ αὐτοὺς καὶ καιρὸς ἐκδικήσεως αὐτῶν.
Edòm, Moàv and the sons of ʿAmmòn;
22
ואת כל מלכי צר ואת כל מלכי צידון ואת מלכי האי אשר בעבר הים
φωνὴ ὡς ὄφεως συρίζοντος, ὅτι ἐν ἄμμῳ πορεύσονται· ἐν ἀξίναις ἥξουσιν ἐπ’ αὐτὴν ὡς κόπτοντες ξύλα.
all the kings of Tzor and all the kings of Tzidòn, and the kings of the ⓘ that is across the sea;
23
ואת דדן ואת תימא ואת בוז ואת כל קצוצי פאה
ἐκκόψουσιν τὸν δρυμὸν αὐτῆς, λέγει κύριος ὁ θεός, ὅτι οὐ μὴ εἰκασθῇ, ὅτι πληθύνει ὑπὲρ ἀκρίδα καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν αὐτοῖς ἀριθμός.
Dedàn, Temà, Buz and all who ⓘ;
24
ואת כל מלכי ערב ואת כל מלכי הערב השכנים במדבר
κατῃσχύνθη θυγάτηρ Αἰγύπτου, παρεδόθη εἰς χεῖρας λαοῦ ἀπὸ βορρᾶ.
all the kings of Arabia and all the kings of the mixed people who dwell in the desert;
25
ואת כל מלכי זמרי ואת כל מלכי עילם ואת כל מלכי מדי
ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκδικῶ τὸν Αμων τὸν υἱὸν αὐτῆς ἐπὶ Φαραω καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς πεποιθότας ἐπ’ αὐτῷ.
all the kings of ⓘ, all the kings of ʿElàm and all the kings of Madài.
