וילך משה וידבר את הדברים האלה אל כל ישראל
Καὶ συνετέλεσεν Μωϋσῆς λαλῶν πάντας τοὺς λόγους τούτους πρὸς πάντας υἱοὺς Ισραηλ·

ויאמר אלהם בן מאה ועשרים שנה אנכי היום לא אוכל עוד לצאת ולבוא ויהוה אמר אלי לא תעבר את הירדן הזה
καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς Ἑκατὸν καὶ εἴκοσι ἐτῶν ἐγώ εἰμι σήμερον, οὐ δυνήσομαι ἔτι εἰσπορεύεσθαι καὶ ἐκπορεύεσθαι, κύριος δὲ εἶπεν πρός με Οὐ διαβήσῃ τὸν Ιορδάνην τοῦτον.
And he said to them: ⓘ old am I today; I can no longer ⓘ; and the Tetragrammaton has said to me: ⓘ.

יהוה אלהיך הוא עבר לפניך הוא ישמיד את הגוים האלה מלפניך וירשתם יהושע הוא עבר לפניך כאשר דבר יהוה
κύριος ὁ θεός σου ὁ προπορευόμενος πρὸ προσώπου σου αὐτὸς ἐξολεθρεύσει τὰ ἔθνη ταῦτα ἀπὸ προσώπου σου, καὶ κατακληρονομήσεις αὐτούς· καὶ Ἰησοῦς ὁ προπορευόμενος πρὸ προσώπου σου, καθὰ ἐλάλησεν κύριος.
The Tetragrammaton your God, he ⓘ, he will ⓘ these nations before you and you shall ⓘ. Yehoshùa, he crosses over before you, ⓘ.

ועשה יהוה להם כאשר עשה לסיחון ולעוג מלכי האמרי ולארצם אשר השמיד אתם
καὶ ποιήσει κύριος αὐτοῖς καθὰ ἐποίησεν Σηων καὶ Ωγ, τοῖς δυσὶ βασιλεῦσιν τῶν Αμορραίων, οἳ ἦσαν πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου, καὶ τῇ γῇ αὐτῶν, καθότι ἐξωλέθρευσεν αὐτούς.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And the Tetragrammaton will do to them as he did to Sichòn and to Og, the two kings of the Emorei, ⓘ, and to their land, since he destroyed them — the memory of past victory is the pledge of future victory.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And the Tetragrammaton will do to them as he did to ⓘ, kings ⓘ, and to their land which he destroyed.

ונתנם יהוה לפניכם ועשיתם להם ככל המצוה אשר צויתי אתכם
καὶ παρέδωκεν αὐτοὺς κύριος ὑμῖν, καὶ ποιήσετε αὐτοῖς καθότι ἐνετειλάμην ὑμῖν.
And the Tetragrammaton will give them before you, and you shall do to them ⓘ that I have ordered you.

חזקו ואמצו אל תיראו ואל תערצו מפניהם כי יהוה אלהיך הוא ההלך עמך לא ירפך ולא יעזבך
ἀνδρίζου καὶ ἴσχυε, μὴ φοβοῦ μηδὲ δειλία μηδὲ πτοηθῇς ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτῶν, ὅτι κύριος ὁ θεός σου ὁ προπορευόμενος μεθ’ ὑμῶν ἐν ὑμῖν οὐ μή σε ἀνῇ οὔτε μή σε ἐγκαταλίπῃ.
ⓘ; do not fear and do not ⓘ before them, for the Tetragrammaton your God, he is ⓘ: ⓘ.

ויקרא משה ליהושע ויאמר אליו לעיני כל ישראל חזק ואמץ כי אתה תבוא את העם הזה אל הארץ אשר נשבע יהוה לאבתם לתת להם ואתה תנחילנה אותם
Καὶ ἐκάλεσεν Μωϋσῆς Ἰησοῦν καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ἔναντι παντὸς Ισραηλ Ἀνδρίζου καὶ ἴσχυε· σὺ γὰρ εἰσελεύσῃ πρὸ προσώπου τοῦ λαοῦ τούτου εἰς τὴν γῆν, ἣν ὤμοσεν κύριος τοῖς πατράσιν ἡμῶν δοῦναι αὐτοῖς, καὶ σὺ κατακληρονομήσεις αὐτὴν αὐτοῖς·
And Mosheh called ⓘ and said to him ⓘ: Be strong and courageous, for you shall enter with this people into the land that ⓘ to their fathers to give to them, and you shall ⓘ.

ויהוה הוא ההלך לפניך הוא יהיה עמך לא ירפך ולא יעזבך לא תירא ולא תחת
καὶ κύριος ὁ συμπορευόμενος μετὰ σοῦ οὐκ ἀνήσει σε οὐδὲ μὴ ἐγκαταλίπῃ σε· μὴ φοβοῦ μηδὲ δειλία.
And the Tetragrammaton, he is the one who walks before you, he will be with you, he will not forsake you and he will not abandon you; ⓘ.

ויכתב משה את התורה הזאת ויתנה אל הכהנים בני לוי הנשאים את ארון ברית יהוה ואל כל זקני ישראל
Καὶ ἔγραψεν Μωϋσῆς τὰ ῥήματα τοῦ νόμου τούτου εἰς βιβλίον καὶ ἔδωκεν τοῖς ἱερεῦσιν τοῖς υἱοῖς Λευι τοῖς αἴρουσιν τὴν κιβωτὸν τῆς διαθήκης κυρίου καὶ τοῖς πρεσβυτέροις τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And Mosheh wrote ⓘ and handed them to the priests, sons of Lewì, who carry the Ark of the covenant of the Tetragrammaton, and to the elders of the children of Israel as custodians of the tradition.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And ⓘ this ⓘ and gave it ⓘ who carry the ⓘ, and to all the elders of Israel.

ויצו משה אותם לאמר מקץ שבע שנים במעד שנת השמטה בחג הסכות
καὶ ἐνετείλατο αὐτοῖς Μωϋσῆς ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ λέγων Μετὰ ἑπτὰ ἔτη ἐν καιρῷ ἐνιαυτοῦ ἀφέσεως ἐν ἑορτῇ σκηνοπηγίας

בבוא כל ישראל לראות את פני יהוה אלהיך במקום אשר יבחר תקרא את התורה הזאת נגד כל ישראל באזניהם
ἐν τῷ συμπορεύεσθαι πάντα Ισραηλ ὀφθῆναι ἐνώπιον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου ἐν τῷ τόπῳ, ᾧ ἂν ἐκλέξηται κύριος, ἀναγνώσεσθε τὸν νόμον τοῦτον ἐναντίον παντὸς Ισραηλ εἰς τὰ ὦτα αὐτῶν·
when all Israel comes to ⓘ your God in the place that he will choose, ⓘ before all Israel ⓘ.

הקהל את העם האנשים והנשים והטף וגרך אשר בשעריך למען ישמעו ולמען ילמדו ויראו את יהוה אלהיכם ושמרו לעשות את כל דברי התורה הזאת
ἐκκλησιάσας τὸν λαόν, τοὺς ἄνδρας καὶ τὰς γυναῖκας καὶ τὰ ἔκγονα καὶ τὸν προσήλυτον τὸν ἐν ταῖς πόλεσιν ὑμῶν, ἵνα ἀκούσωσιν καὶ ἵνα μάθωσιν φοβεῖσθαι κύριον τὸν θεὸν ὑμῶν, καὶ ἀκούσονται ποιεῖν πάντας τοὺς λόγους τοῦ νόμου τούτου·
ⓘ: the men, the women and the ⓘ, and your ⓘ who is ⓘ, that they may hear and that they may learn and ⓘ your God and observe to put into practice all the words of this Toràh.

ובניהם אשר לא ידעו ישמעו ולמדו ליראה את יהוה אלהיכם כל הימים אשר אתם חיים על האדמה אשר אתם עברים את הירדן שמה לרשתה
καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτῶν, οἳ οὐκ οἴδασιν, ἀκούσονται καὶ μαθήσονται φοβεῖσθαι κύριον τὸν θεὸν ὑμῶν πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας, ὅσας αὐτοὶ ζῶσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, εἰς ἣν ὑμεῖς διαβαίνετε τὸν Ιορδάνην ἐκεῖ κληρονομῆσαι αὐτήν.
And their children, who have not known, shall hear and learn to ⓘ your God all the days that you live upon the ⓘ toward which you cross the Jordan to ⓘ.

ויאמר יהוה אל משה הן קרבו ימיך למות קרא את יהושע והתיצבו באהל מועד ואצונו וילך משה ויהושע ויתיצבו באהל מועד
Καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν Ἰδοὺ ἠγγίκασιν αἱ ἡμέραι τοῦ θανάτου σου· κάλεσον Ἰησοῦν καὶ στῆτε παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ ἐντελοῦμαι αὐτῷ. καὶ ἐπορεύθη Μωϋσῆς καὶ Ἰησοῦς εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἔστησαν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου.
And the Tetragrammaton said to Mosheh: ⓘ; call Yehoshùa and ⓘ, that I may give him my command. And Mosheh went with Yehoshùa, and they presented themselves in the Tent of Meeting.

וירא יהוה באהל בעמוד ענן ויעמד עמוד הענן על פתח האהל
καὶ κατέβη κύριος ἐν νεφέλῃ καὶ ἔστη παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ ἔστη ὁ στῦλος τῆς νεφέλης παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And the Tetragrammaton ⓘ and stood ⓘ, and the pillar of cloud stood at the doors of the Tent as a sign of authority.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And the ⓘ in the Tent in a ⓘ, and the pillar of cloud halted over the entrance of the Tent.

ויאמר יהוה אל משה הנך שכב עם אבתיך וקם העם הזה וזנה אחרי אלהי נכר הארץ אשר הוא בא שמה בקרבו ועזבני והפר את בריתי אשר כרתי אתו
καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν Ἰδοὺ σὺ κοιμᾷ μετὰ τῶν πατέρων σου, καὶ ἀναστὰς ὁ λαὸς οὗτος ἐκπορνεύσει ὀπίσω θεῶν ἀλλοτρίων τῆς γῆς, εἰς ἣν οὗτος εἰσπορεύεται ἐκεῖ εἰς αὐτήν, καὶ ἐγκαταλείψουσίν με καὶ διασκεδάσουσιν τὴν διαθήκην μου, ἣν διεθέμην αὐτοῖς.
And the Tetragrammaton said to Mosheh: ⓘ, and this people will rise up and ⓘ after ⓘ of the land in the midst of which it is entering, and will ⓘ and will ⓘ that I have made with it.

וחרה אפי בו ביום ההוא ועזבתים והסתרתי פני מהם והיה לאכל ומצאהו רעות רבות וצרות ואמר ביום ההוא הלא על כי אין אלהי בקרבי מצאוני הרעות האלה
καὶ ὀργισθήσομαι θυμῷ εἰς αὐτοὺς ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ καὶ καταλείψω αὐτοὺς καὶ ἀποστρέψω τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἀπ’ αὐτῶν, καὶ ἔσται κατάβρωμα, καὶ εὑρήσουσιν αὐτὸν κακὰ πολλὰ καὶ θλίψεις, καὶ ἐρεῖ ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ Διότι οὐκ ἔστιν κύριος ὁ θεός μου ἐν ἐμοί, εὕροσάν με τὰ κακὰ ταῦτα.
And ⓘ against it on that day, and I will forsake them and ⓘ from them, and it will be ⓘ, and evils will find them ⓘ; and it will say on that day: ⓘ that these evils have found me?

ואנכי הסתר אסתיר פני ביום ההוא על כל הרעה אשר עשה כי פנה אל אלהים אחרים
ἐγὼ δὲ ἀποστροφῇ ἀποστρέψω τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἀπ’ αὐτῶν ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ διὰ πάσας τὰς κακίας, ἃς ἐποίησαν, ὅτι ἐπέστρεψαν ἐπὶ θεοὺς ἀλλοτρίους.
And I, ⓘ on that day, for all the evil that it has done, because ⓘ.

ועתה כתבו לכם את השירה הזאת ולמדה את בני ישראל שימה בפיהם למען תהיה לי השירה הזאת לעד בבני ישראל
καὶ νῦν γράψατε τὰ ῥήματα τῆς ᾠδῆς ταύτης καὶ διδάξετε αὐτὴν τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐμβαλεῖτε αὐτὴν εἰς τὸ στόμα αὐτῶν, ἵνα γένηταί μοι ἡ ᾠδὴ αὕτη εἰς μαρτύριον ἐν υἱοῖς Ισραηλ.
And now ⓘ and teach it to the children of Israel, ⓘ, that this song may be for me a ⓘ among the children of Israel.

כי אביאנו אל האדמה אשר נשבעתי לאבתיו זבת חלב ודבש ואכל ושבע ודשן ופנה אל אלהים אחרים ועבדום ונאצוני והפר את בריתי
εἰσάξω γὰρ αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν γῆν τὴν ἀγαθήν, ἣν ὤμοσα τοῖς πατράσιν αὐτῶν δοῦναι αὐτοῖς, γῆν ῥέουσαν γάλα καὶ μέλι, καὶ φάγονται καὶ ἐμπλησθέντες κορήσουσιν· καὶ ἐπιστραφήσονται ἐπὶ θεοὺς ἀλλοτρίους καὶ λατρεύσουσιν αὐτοῖς καὶ παροξυνοῦσίν με καὶ διασκεδάσουσιν τὴν διαθήκην μου.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——For I will bring it ⓘ, which I swore to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey, and they will eat, and being sated they will be sated —, and they will turn to other gods and serve them, and provoke me and dissolve my alliance.—— Masoretic (MT) ——For I will make it enter into the ⓘ that I swore to its fathers, ⓘ, and it will eat and be sated and ⓘ, and it will turn to other gods and ⓘ, and it will ⓘ and break my covenant.

והיה כי תמצאן אתו רעות רבות וצרות וענתה השירה הזאת לפניו לעד כי לא תשכח מפי זרעו כי ידעתי את יצרו אשר הוא עשה היום בטרם אביאנו אל הארץ אשר נשבעתי
καὶ ἀντικαταστήσεται ἡ ᾠδὴ αὕτη κατὰ πρόσωπον μαρτυροῦσα, οὐ γὰρ μὴ ἐπιλησθῇ ἀπὸ στόματος αὐτῶν καὶ ἀπὸ στόματος τοῦ σπέρματος αὐτῶν· ἐγὼ γὰρ οἶδα τὴν πονηρίαν αὐτῶν, ὅσα ποιοῦσιν ὧδε σήμερον πρὸ τοῦ εἰσαγαγεῖν με αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν γῆν τὴν ἀγαθήν, ἣν ὤμοσα τοῖς πατράσιν αὐτῶν.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And this Song ⓘ, for it will not be forgotten from the mouth of their offspring; for I know their malice — ⓘ here today, before I bring them ⓘ, which I swore to their fathers.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And it will come to pass, when ⓘ evils many and tribulations, that ⓘ before it as witness, since it will not be forgotten from the mouth of its ⓘ; for I know its ⓘ that it is doing today, before I make it enter the land that I have sworn.

ויכתב משה את השירה הזאת ביום ההוא וילמדה את בני ישראל
καὶ ἔγραψεν Μωϋσῆς τὴν ᾠδὴν ταύτην ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ καὶ ἐδίδαξεν αὐτὴν τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ.
And ⓘ on that day and taught it to the children of Israel.

ויצו את יהושע בן נון ויאמר חזק ואמץ כי אתה תביא את בני ישראל אל הארץ אשר נשבעתי להם ואנכי אהיה עמך
καὶ ἐνετείλατο Μωϋσῆς Ἰησοῖ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ Ἀνδρίζου καὶ ἴσχυε· σὺ γὰρ εἰσάξεις τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ εἰς τὴν γῆν, ἣν ὤμοσεν κύριος αὐτοῖς, καὶ αὐτὸς ἔσται μετὰ σοῦ.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And ⓘ commanded ⓘ and said to him: Be a strong man and be steadfast — the investiture of the leader —, for you will bring the children of Israel into the land that ⓘ, and he will be with you as an operative presence.—— Masoretic (MT) ——And he gave the command to ⓘ and said: Be strong and courageous, for you will make the children of Israel enter into the land that I have sworn to them, and I ⓘ.

ויהי ככלות משה לכתב את דברי התורה הזאת על ספר עד תמם
Ἡνίκα δὲ συνετέλεσεν Μωϋσῆς γράφων πάντας τοὺς λόγους τοῦ νόμου τούτου εἰς βιβλίον ἕως εἰς τέλος,
And it came to pass, ⓘ writing the words of this Toràh ⓘ ⓘ,

ויצו משה את הלוים נשאי ארון ברית יהוה לאמר
καὶ ἐνετείλατο τοῖς Λευίταις τοῖς αἴρουσιν τὴν κιβωτὸν τῆς διαθήκης κυρίου λέγων
Mosheh commanded the ⓘ who carry the ark of the covenant of the Tetragrammaton saying:

לקח את ספר התורה הזה ושמתם אתו מצד ארון ברית יהוה אלהיכם והיה שם בך לעד
Λαβόντες τὸ βιβλίον τοῦ νόμου τούτου θήσετε αὐτὸ ἐκ πλαγίων τῆς κιβωτοῦ τῆς διαθήκης κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν, καὶ ἔσται ἐκεῖ ἐν σοὶ εἰς μαρτύριον.
ⓘ this ⓘ and place it ⓘ of the covenant of the Tetragrammaton your God, and it will be there ⓘ.

כי אנכי ידעתי את מריך ואת ערפך הקשה הן בעודני חי עמכם היום ממרים היתם עם יהוה ואף כי אחרי מותי
ὅτι ἐγὼ ἐπίσταμαι τὸν ἐρεθισμόν σου καὶ τὸν τράχηλόν σου τὸν σκληρόν· ἔτι γὰρ ἐμοῦ ζῶντος μεθ’ ὑμῶν σήμερον παραπικραίνοντες ἦτε τὰ πρὸς τὸν θεόν, πῶς οὐχὶ καὶ ἔσχατον τοῦ θανάτου μου;
For I know your ⓘ and your ⓘ: behold, while I am still alive with you today, ⓘ, and ⓘ!

הקהילו אלי את כל זקני שבטיכם ושטריכם ואדברה באזניהם את הדברים האלה ואעידה בם את השמים ואת הארץ
ἐκκλησιάσατε πρός με τοὺς φυλάρχους ὑμῶν καὶ τοὺς πρεσβυτέρους ὑμῶν καὶ τοὺς κριτὰς ὑμῶν καὶ τοὺς γραμματοεισαγωγεῖς ὑμῶν, ἵνα λαλήσω εἰς τὰ ὦτα αὐτῶν πάντας τοὺς λόγους τούτους καὶ διαμαρτύρωμαι αὐτοῖς τόν τε οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν·
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——Assemble before me ⓘ and your elders and ⓘ and your scribes-recorders, that I may speak in their ears all these words — the Song that follows — and call to witness against them the heaven and the earth — the cosmic witnesses of the alliance.—— Masoretic (MT) ——ⓘ all the elders of your ⓘ and your ⓘ, and I will speak in their ears these words and ⓘ ⓘ.

כי ידעתי אחרי מותי כי השחת תשחתון וסרתם מן הדרך אשר צויתי אתכם וקראת אתכם הרעה באחרית הימים כי תעשו את הרע בעיני יהוה להכעיסו במעשה ידיכם
οἶδα γὰρ ὅτι ἔσχατον τῆς τελευτῆς μου ἀνομίᾳ ἀνομήσετε καὶ ἐκκλινεῖτε ἐκ τῆς ὁδοῦ, ἧς ἐνετειλάμην ὑμῖν, καὶ συναντήσεται ὑμῖν τὰ κακὰ ἔσχατον τῶν ἡμερῶν, ὅτι ποιήσετε τὸ πονηρὸν ἐναντίον κυρίου παροργίσαι αὐτὸν ἐν τοῖς ἔργοις τῶν χειρῶν ὑμῶν.
For I know that after my death ⓘ and ⓘ that I have commanded you, and ⓘ, because you will do ⓘ to ⓘ with the work of your hands.

וידבר משה באזני כל קהל ישראל את דברי השירה הזאת עד תמם
Καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωϋσῆς εἰς τὰ ὦτα πάσης ἐκκλησίας Ισραηλ τὰ ῥήματα τῆς ᾠδῆς ταύτης ἕως εἰς τέλος
And ⓘ of all the ⓘ the words of this song until their completion.
