הן עבדי אתמך בו בחירי רצתה נפשי נתתי רוחי עליו משפט לגוים יוציא
Ιακωβ ὁ παῖς μου, ἀντιλήμψομαι αὐτοῦ· Ισραηλ ὁ ἐκλεκτός μου, προσεδέξατο αὐτὸν ἡ ψυχή μου· ἔδωκα τὸ πνεῦμά μου ἐπ’ αὐτόν, κρίσιν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ἐξοίσει.
Behold my ⓘ whom I uphold, my ⓘ in whom my soul takes pleasure: I have put my ⓘ upon him, he will bring ⓘ to the nations.

לא יצעק ולא ישא ולא ישמיע בחוץ קולו
οὐ κεκράξεται οὐδὲ ἀνήσει, οὐδὲ ἀκουσθήσεται ἔξω ἡ φωνὴ αὐτοῦ.
He will not cry out nor raise his voice, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.

קנה רצוץ לא ישבור ופשתה כהה לא יכבנה לאמת יוציא משפט
κάλαμον τεθλασμένον οὐ συντρίψει καὶ λίνον καπνιζόμενον οὐ σβέσει, ἀλλὰ εἰς ἀλήθειαν ἐξοίσει κρίσιν.
The ⓘ he will not break, and the ⓘ he will not quench: in truth he will bring justice.

לא יכהה ולא ירוץ עד ישים בארץ משפט ולתורתו איים ייחילו
ἀναλάμψει καὶ οὐ θραυσθήσεται, ἕως ἂν θῇ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς κρίσιν· καὶ ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματι αὐτοῦ ἔθνη ἐλπιοῦσιν.
He will not grow faint nor be broken until he has established justice on the earth; and the coastlands will wait for his ⓘ.

כה אמר האל יהוה בורא השמים ונוטיהם רקע הארץ וצאצאיה נתן נשמה לעם עליה ורוח להלכים בה
οὕτως λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὁ ποιήσας τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ πήξας αὐτόν, ὁ στερεώσας τὴν γῆν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ διδοὺς πνοὴν τῷ λαῷ τῷ ἐπ’ αὐτῆς καὶ πνεῦμα τοῖς πατοῦσιν αὐτήν·
Thus says God, the ⓘ, who ⓘ and stretches them out, who ⓘ and its offspring, who gives ⓘ to the people on it and ⓘ to those who walk on it:

אני יהוה קראתיך בצדק ואחזק בידך ואצרך ואתנך לברית עם לאור גוים
ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἐκάλεσά σε ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ καὶ κρατήσω τῆς χειρός σου καὶ ἐνισχύσω σε καὶ ἔδωκά σε εἰς διαθήκην γένους, εἰς φῶς ἐθνῶν
"I, the Tetragrammaton, have called you in ⓘ, I grasp you by the hand, I form you and appoint you as ⓘ, as ⓘ,

לפקח עינים עורות להוציא ממסגר אסיר מבית כלא ישבי חשך
ἀνοῖξαι ὀφθαλμοὺς τυφλῶν, ἐξαγαγεῖν ἐκ δεσμῶν δεδεμένους καὶ ἐξ οἴκου φυλακῆς καθημένους ἐν σκότει. –
to open the eyes of the blind, to bring out from prison those who are bound, from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.

אני יהוה הוא שמי וכבודי לאחר לא אתן ותהלתי לפסילים
ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεός, τοῦτό μού ἐστιν τὸ ὄνομα· τὴν δόξαν μου ἑτέρῳ οὐ δώσω οὐδὲ τὰς ἀρετάς μου τοῖς γλυπτοῖς.
I am the Tetragrammaton, this is my ⓘ: my ⓘ I will not give to another, nor my praise to carved idols.

הראשנות הנה באו וחדשות אני מגיד בטרם תצמחנה אשמיע אתכם
τὰ ἀπ’ ἀρχῆς ἰδοὺ ἥκασιν, καὶ καινὰ ἃ ἐγὼ ἀναγγελῶ, καὶ πρὸ τοῦ ἀνατεῖλαι ἐδηλώθη ὑμῖν.
The former things, behold, have come to pass; and new things I now declare: before they spring forth I make them heard to you."

שירו ליהוה שיר חדש תהלתו מקצה הארץ יורדי הים ומלאו איים וישביהם
Ὑμνήσατε τῷ κυρίῳ ὕμνον καινόν, ἡ ἀρχὴ αὐτοῦ· δοξάζετε τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἀπ’ ἄκρου τῆς γῆς, οἱ καταβαίνοντες εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν καὶ πλέοντες αὐτήν, αἱ νῆσοι καὶ οἱ κατοικοῦντες αὐτάς.
Sing to the Tetragrammaton a ⓘ, his praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea and all that fills it, the ⓘ and their inhabitants.

ישאו מדבר ועריו חצרים תשב קדר ירנו ישבי סלע מראש הרים יצוחו
εὐφράνθητι, ἔρημος καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῆς, ἐπαύλεις καὶ οἱ κατοικοῦντες Κηδαρ· εὐφρανθήσονται οἱ κατοικοῦντες Πέτραν, ἀπ’ ἄκρων τῶν ὀρέων βοήσουσιν·
Let the desert and its towns lift up their voice, the villages that ⓘ inhabits; let the inhabitants of ⓘ shout for joy, from the tops of the mountains let them cry aloud.

ישימו ליהוה כבוד ותהלתו באיים יגידו
δώσουσιν τῷ θεῷ δόξαν, τὰς ἀρετὰς αὐτοῦ ἐν ταῖς νήσοις ἀναγγελοῦσιν.
Let them give glory to the Tetragrammaton, and let them declare his praise in the coastlands.

יהוה כגבור יצא כאיש מלחמות יעיר קנאה יריע אף יצריח על איביו יתגבר
κύριος ὁ θεὸς τῶν δυνάμεων ἐξελεύσεται καὶ συντρίψει πόλεμον, ἐπεγερεῖ ζῆλον καὶ βοήσεται ἐπὶ τοὺς ἐχθροὺς αὐτοῦ μετὰ ἰσχύος.
The Tetragrammaton goes out like a ⓘ, like a man of war he stirs up his ⓘ; he shouts, indeed ⓘ, he prevails against his enemies.

החשיתי מעולם אחריש אתאפק כיולדה אפעה אשם ואשאף יחד
ἐσιώπησα, μὴ καὶ ἀεὶ σιωπήσομαι καὶ ἀνέξομαι; ἐκαρτέρησα ὡς ἡ τίκτουσα, ἐκστήσω καὶ ξηρανῶ ἅμα.
"I have kept silent for a long time, I have kept still and restrained myself; ⓘ now I will groan, I will pant and gasp together.

אחריב הרים וגבעות וכל עשבם אוביש ושמתי נהרות לאיים ואגמים אוביש
καὶ θήσω ποταμοὺς εἰς νήσους καὶ ἕλη ξηρανῶ.
I will lay waste ⓘ and dry up all their vegetation; I will turn the rivers into dry land and dry up the pools.

והולכתי עורים בדרך לא ידעו בנתיבות לא ידעו אדריכם אשים מחשך לפניהם לאור ומעקשים למישור אלה הדברים עשיתם ולא עזבתים
καὶ ἄξω τυφλοὺς ἐν ὁδῷ, ᾗ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν, καὶ τρίβους, οὓς οὐκ ᾔδεισαν, πατῆσαι ποιήσω αὐτούς· ποιήσω αὐτοῖς τὸ σκότος εἰς φῶς καὶ τὰ σκολιὰ εἰς εὐθεῖαν· ταῦτα τὰ ῥήματα ποιήσω καὶ οὐκ ἐγκαταλείψω αὐτούς.
And I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, by paths they have not known I will guide them; I will turn ⓘ before them, and rough places into level ground: these things I will do, and I will not forsake them."

נסגו אחור יבשו בשת הבטחים בפסל האמרים למסכה אתם אלהינו
αὐτοὶ δὲ ἀπεστράφησαν εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω· αἰσχύνθητε αἰσχύνην, οἱ πεποιθότες ἐπὶ τοῖς γλυπτοῖς οἱ λέγοντες τοῖς χωνευτοῖς Ὑμεῖς ἐστε θεοὶ ἡμῶν.
They are turned back and utterly put to shame, those who trust in carved images, who say to cast idols: "You are our gods."

החרשים שמעו והעורים הביטו לראות
Οἱ κωφοί, ἀκούσατε, καὶ οἱ τυφλοί, ἀναβλέψατε ἰδεῖν.
Hear, you deaf! And you blind, look to see!
19
מי עור כי אם עבדי וחרש כמלאכי אשלח מי עור כמשלם ועור כעבד יהוה
καὶ τίς τυφλὸς ἀλλ’ ἢ οἱ παῖδές μου καὶ κωφοὶ ἀλλ’ ἢ οἱ κυριεύοντες αὐτῶν; καὶ ἐτυφλώθησαν οἱ δοῦλοι τοῦ θεοῦ.
ⓘ, and deaf like my ⓘ whom I send? Who is blind like the ⓘ, blind like the servant of the Tetragrammaton?

ראית ראות רבות ולא תשמר פקוח אזנים ולא ישמע
εἴδετε πλεονάκις, καὶ οὐκ ἐφυλάξασθε· ἠνοιγμένα τὰ ὦτα, καὶ οὐκ ἠκούσατε.
You have seen many things, yet you have not kept them; your ears are open, yet no one hears.

יהוה חפץ למען צדקו יגדיל תורה ויאדיר
κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἐβούλετο ἵνα δικαιωθῇ καὶ μεγαλύνῃ αἴνεσιν. καὶ εἶδον,
The Tetragrammaton was pleased, for his ⓘ, to magnify and glorify his ⓘ.

והוא עם בזוז ושסוי הפח בחורים כלם ובבתי כלאים החבאו היו לבז ואין מציל משסה ואין אמר השב
καὶ ἐγένετο ὁ λαὸς πεπρονομευμένος καὶ διηρπασμένος· ἡ γὰρ παγὶς ἐν τοῖς ταμιείοις πανταχοῦ, καὶ ἐν οἴκοις ἅμα, ὅπου ἔκρυψαν αὐτούς, ἐγένοντο εἰς προνομήν, καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ ἐξαιρούμενος ἅρπαγμα, καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ λέγων Ἀπόδος.
But this is a ⓘ people: all of them trapped in pits, hidden away in prisons; they have become plunder with no one to rescue, despoiled with none to say "Give back!"

מי בכם יאזין זאת יקשב וישמע לאחור
τίς ἐν ὑμῖν, ὃς ἐνωτιεῖται ταῦτα, εἰσακούσεται εἰς τὰ ἐπερχόμενα;
Who among you will give ear to this, will attend and listen for the time to come?
24
מי נתן למשוסה למשסה יעקב וישראל לבזזים הלוא יהוה זו חטאנו לו ולא אבו בדרכיו הלוך ולא שמעו בתורתו
τίς ἔδωκεν εἰς διαρπαγὴν Ιακωβ καὶ Ισραηλ τοῖς προνομεύουσιν αὐτόν; οὐχὶ ὁ θεός, ᾧ ἡμάρτοσαν αὐτῷ καὶ οὐκ ἐβούλοντο ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς αὐτοῦ πορεύεσθαι οὐδὲ ἀκούειν τοῦ νόμου αὐτοῦ;
Who gave ⓘ to the plunderer, and ⓘ to the robbers? Was it not the Tetragrammaton, against whom we sinned? They were not willing to walk in his ways nor to listen to his Torah.

וישפך עליו חמה אפו ועזוז מלחמה ותלהטהו מסביב ולא ידע ותבער בו ולא ישים על לב
καὶ ἐπήγαγεν ἐπ’ αὐτοὺς ὀργὴν θυμοῦ αὐτοῦ, καὶ κατίσχυσεν αὐτοὺς πόλεμος καὶ οἱ συμφλέγοντες αὐτοὺς κύκλῳ, καὶ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν ἕκαστος αὐτῶν οὐδὲ ἔθεντο ἐπὶ ψυχήν.
And he poured on him the heat of his ⓘ and the violence of war; it set him ablaze all around, yet he did not understand; it burned him, yet he did not lay it to heart.
