קרבו גוים לשמע ולאמים הקשיבו תשמע הארץ ומלאה תבל וכל צאצאיה
Προσαγάγετε, ἔθνη, καὶ ἀκούσατε, ἄρχοντες· ἀκουσάτω ἡ γῆ καὶ οἱ ἐν αὐτῇ, ἡ οἰκουμένη καὶ ὁ λαὸς ὁ ἐν αὐτῇ.
Draw near, ⓘ, and listen; O peoples, give ear! Let the earth hear, and all that fills it, the world and ⓘ.

כי קצף ליהוה על כל הגוים וחמה על כל צבאם החרימם נתנם לטבח
διότι θυμὸς κυρίου ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ ἔθνη καὶ ὀργὴ ἐπὶ τὸν ἀριθμὸν αὐτῶν τοῦ ἀπολέσαι αὐτοὺς καὶ παραδοῦναι αὐτοὺς εἰς σφαγήν.
For there is the wrath of ⓘ upon all nations, and fury upon all their host: he has ⓘ, he has handed them over to the slaughter.

וחלליהם ישלכו ופגריהם יעלה באשם ונמסו הרים מדמם
οἱ δὲ τραυματίαι αὐτῶν ῥιφήσονται καὶ οἱ νεκροί, καὶ ἀναβήσεται αὐτῶν ἡ ὀσμή, καὶ βραχήσεται τὰ ὄρη ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῶν.
Their slain shall be cast out, and from their corpses a stench shall rise, and the mountains shall melt with their blood.

ונמקו כל צבא השמים ונגלו כספר השמים וכל צבאם יבול כנבל עלה מגפן וכנבלת מתאנה
καὶ ἑλιγήσεται ὁ οὐρανὸς ὡς βιβλίον, καὶ πάντα τὰ ἄστρα πεσεῖται ὡς φύλλα ἐξ ἀμπέλου καὶ ὡς πίπτει φύλλα ἀπὸ συκῆς.
All ⓘ shall dissolve, and the heavens shall be rolled up like a ⓘ; all their host shall fall as the leaf falls from the vine, and as the withered fruit from the fig tree.

כי רותה בשמים חרבי הנה על אדום תרד ועל עם חרמי למשפט
ἐμεθύσθη ἡ μάχαιρά μου ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ· ἰδοὺ ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν καταβήσεται καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν τῆς ἀπωλείας μετὰ κρίσεως.
For my sword has drunk its fill in the heavens: behold, it descends upon ⓘ, upon the people I have ⓘ, for judgment.

חרב ליהוה מלאה דם הדשנה מחלב מדם כרים ועתודים מחלב כליות אילים כי זבח ליהוה בבצרה וטבח גדול בארץ אדום
ἡ μάχαιρα κυρίου ἐνεπλήσθη αἵματος, ἐπαχύνθη ἀπὸ στέατος ἀρνῶν καὶ ἀπὸ στέατος τράγων καὶ κριῶν· ὅτι θυσία κυρίῳ ἐν Βοσορ καὶ σφαγὴ μεγάλη ἐν τῇ Ιδουμαίᾳ.
The sword of ⓘ is sated with blood, gorged with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the kidney-fat of rams; for there is a ⓘ for the Tetragrammaton in ⓘ, a great slaughter in the land of Edòm.

וירדו ראמים עמם ופרים עם אבירים ורותה ארצם מדם ועפרם מחלב ידשן
καὶ συμπεσοῦνται οἱ ἁδροὶ μετ’ αὐτῶν καὶ οἱ κριοὶ καὶ οἱ ταῦροι, καὶ μεθυσθήσεται ἡ γῆ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ στέατος αὐτῶν ἐμπλησθήσεται.
With them fall the ⓘ, the bullocks together with the mighty bulls; their land is drenched with blood, and their dust is gorged with fat.

כי יום נקם ליהוה שנת שלומים לריב ציון
ἡμέρα γὰρ κρίσεως κυρίου καὶ ἐνιαυτὸς ἀνταποδόσεως κρίσεως Σιων.
For it is a ⓘ for the Tetragrammaton, the year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

ונהפכו נחליה לזפת ועפרה לגפרית והיתה ארצה לזפת בערה
καὶ στραφήσονται αὐτῆς αἱ φάραγγες εἰς πίσσαν καὶ ἡ γῆ αὐτῆς εἰς θεῖον, καὶ ἔσται αὐτῆς ἡ γῆ καιομένη ὡς πίσσα
Its streams shall be turned into pitch, its dust into ⓘ, and its land shall become burning pitch:

לילה ויומם לא תכבה לעולם יעלה עשנה מדור לדור תחרב לנצח נצחים אין עבר בה
νυκτὸς καὶ ἡμέρας καὶ οὐ σβεσθήσεται εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα χρόνον, καὶ ἀναβήσεται ὁ καπνὸς αὐτῆς ἄνω· εἰς γενεὰς ἐρημωθήσεται καὶ εἰς χρόνον πολύν.
night and day it shall not be quenched, its smoke shall rise forever; from generation to generation it shall lie in ruins, and no one shall pass through it forever.

וירשוה קאת וקפוד וינשוף וערב ישכנו בה ונטה עליה קו תהו ואבני בהו
καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐν αὐτῇ ὄρνεα καὶ ἐχῖνοι καὶ ἴβεις καὶ κόρακες, καὶ ἐπιβληθήσεται ἐπ’ αὐτὴν σπαρτίον γεωμετρίας ἐρήμου, καὶ ὀνοκένταυροι οἰκήσουσιν ἐν αὐτῇ.
The pelican and the hedgehog shall take possession of it, the owl and the raven shall dwell there; over it shall be stretched the ⓘ and the ⓘ.

חריה ואין שם מלוכה יקראו וכל שריה יהיו אפס
οἱ ἄρχοντες αὐτῆς οὐκ ἔσονται· οἱ γὰρ βασιλεῖς αὐτῆς καὶ οἱ ἄρχοντες αὐτῆς καὶ οἱ μεγιστᾶνες αὐτῆς ἔσονται εἰς ἀπώλειαν.
No nobles shall be there to proclaim a kingdom; all its princes shall come to nothing.

ועלתה ארמנתיה סירים קמוש וחוח במבצריה והיתה נוה תנים חציר לבנות יענה
καὶ ἀναφύσει εἰς τὰς πόλεις αὐτῶν ἀκάνθινα ξύλα καὶ εἰς τὰ ὀχυρώματα αὐτῆς, καὶ ἔσται ἔπαυλις σειρήνων καὶ αὐλὴ στρουθῶν.
Thorns shall grow in its palaces, nettles and thistles in its fortresses: it shall become the haunt of ⓘ, an abode for ⓘ.

ופגשו ציים את איים ושעיר על רעהו יקרא אך שם הרגיעה לילית ומצאה לה מנוח
καὶ συναντήσουσιν δαιμόνια ὀνοκενταύροις καὶ βοήσουσιν ἕτερος πρὸς τὸν ἕτερον· ἐκεῖ ἀναπαύσονται ὀνοκένταυροι, εὗρον γὰρ αὑτοῖς ἀνάπαυσιν.
Wilderness creatures shall meet there, and ⓘ shall call to one another; there too ⓘ shall settle and find her rest.

שמה קננה קפוז ותמלט ובקעה ודגרה בצלה אך שם נקבצו דיות אשה רעותה
ἐκεῖ ἐνόσσευσεν ἐχῖνος, καὶ ἔσωσεν ἡ γῆ τὰ παιδία αὐτῆς μετὰ ἀσφαλείας· ἐκεῖ ἔλαφοι συνήντησαν καὶ εἶδον τὰ πρόσωπα ἀλλήλων·
There the ⓘ shall nest, lay eggs, hatch them, and gather her young in her shadow; there too the vultures shall assemble, each with her mate.

דרשו מעל ספר יהוה וקראו אחת מהנה לא נעדרה אשה רעותה לא פקדו כי פי הוא צוה ורוחו הוא קבצן
ἀριθμῷ παρῆλθον, καὶ μία αὐτῶν οὐκ ἀπώλετο, ἑτέρα τὴν ἑτέραν οὐκ ἐζήτησαν· ὅτι κύριος ἐνετείλατο αὐτοῖς, καὶ τὸ πνεῦμα αὐτοῦ συνήγαγεν αὐτάς.
Seek in the ⓘ and read: not one of these shall be missing, none shall be without her mate, for his mouth has commanded it and his ⓘ has gathered them.

והוא הפיל להן גורל וידו חלקתה להם בקו עד עולם יירשוה לדור ודור ישכנו בה
καὶ αὐτὸς ἐπιβαλεῖ αὐτοῖς κλήρους, καὶ ἡ χεὶρ αὐτοῦ διεμέρισεν βόσκεσθαι· εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα χρόνον κληρονομήσετε, εἰς γενεὰς γενεῶν ἀναπαύσονται ἐπ’ αὐτῆς.
He himself has cast the ⓘ for them, his hand has apportioned it to them with the measuring line: they shall possess it forever, they shall dwell there from generation to generation.
