נדרשתי ללוא שאלו נמצאתי ללא בקשני אמרתי הנני הנני אל גוי לא קרא בשמי
Ἐμφανὴς ἐγενόμην τοῖς ἐμὲ μὴ ζητοῦσιν, εὑρέθην τοῖς ἐμὲ μὴ ἐπερωτῶσιν· εἶπα Ἰδού εἰμι, τῷ ἔθνει οἳ οὐκ ἐκάλεσάν μου τὸ ὄνομα.
I allowed myself to be soughtⓘ by those who did not ask for me, I let myself be found by those who were not looking for me; I said: «Here I am, here I amⓘ» to a nation that was not called by my Name.

פרשתי ידי כל היום אל עם סורר ההלכים הדרך לא טוב אחר מחשבתיהם
ἐξεπέτασα τὰς χεῖράς μου ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν πρὸς λαὸν ἀπειθοῦντα καὶ ἀντιλέγοντα, οἳ οὐκ ἐπορεύθησαν ὁδῷ ἀληθινῇ, ἀλλ’ ὀπίσω τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν αὐτῶν.
I stretched out my handsⓘ all day long toward a rebelliousⓘ people, that walks in a way that is not good, following their own thoughts.

העם המכעיסים אותי על פני תמיד זבחים בגנות ומקטרים על הלבנים
ὁ λαὸς οὗτος ὁ παροξύνων με ἐναντίον ἐμοῦ διὰ παντός, αὐτοὶ θυσιάζουσιν ἐν τοῖς κήποις καὶ θυμιῶσιν ἐπὶ ταῖς πλίνθοις τοῖς δαιμονίοις, ἃ οὐκ ἔστιν·
The people that provokes meⓘ in my face continually: they sacrifice in gardensⓘ and burn incense on bricksⓘ,

הישבים בקברים ובנצורים ילינו האכלים בשר החזיר ופרק ומרק פגלים כליהם
καὶ ἐν τοῖς μνήμασιν καὶ ἐν τοῖς σπηλαίοις κοιμῶνται δι’ ἐνύπνια, οἱ ἔσθοντες κρέα ὕεια καὶ ζωμὸν θυσιῶν, μεμολυμμένα πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτῶν·
that sit in the tombs and lodge in the cavernsⓘ, that eat swine's fleshⓘ and in their vessels is broth of unclean meats.

האמרים קרב אליך אל תגש בי כי קדשתיך אלה עשן באפי אש יקדת כל היום
οἱ λέγοντες Πόρρω ἀπ’ ἐμοῦ, μὴ ἐγγίσῃς μου, ὅτι καθαρός εἰμι· οὗτος καπνὸς τοῦ θυμοῦ μου, πῦρ καίεται ἐν αὐτῷ πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας.
Those who say: «Keep to yourselfⓘ, do not touch me, for I sanctify youⓘ»: these are smoke in my nostrils, a fire that burns all day long.

הנה כתובה לפני לא אחשה כי אם שלמתי ושלמתי על חיקם
ἰδοὺ γέγραπται ἐνώπιόν μου Οὐ σιωπήσω, ἕως ἂν ἀποδῶ εἰς τὸν κόλπον αὐτῶν·
Behold, it is writtenⓘ before me: I will not keep silent until I have repaid, and I will repay into their bosom

עונתיכם ועונת אבותיכם יחדו אמר יהוה אשר קטרו על ההרים ועל הגבעות חרפוני ומדתי פעלתם ראשנה על אל חיקם
τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτῶν καὶ τῶν πατέρων αὐτῶν, λέγει κύριος, οἳ ἐθυμίασαν ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν βουνῶν ὠνείδισάν με, ἀποδώσω τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν εἰς τὸν κόλπον αὐτῶν.
your iniquities and the iniquities of your fathers together, says the Tetragrammatonⓘ, because they burned incense on the mountains and defied me on the hills; I will measure out their former deeds and repay them into their bosom.

כה אמר יהוה כאשר ימצא התירוש באשכול ואמר אל תשחיתהו כי ברכה בו כן אעשה למען עבדי לבלתי השחית הכל
Οὕτως λέγει κύριος Ὃν τρόπον εὑρεθήσεται ὁ ῥὼξ ἐν τῷ βότρυι καὶ ἐροῦσιν Μὴ λυμήνῃ αὐτὸν ὅτι εὐλογία κυρίου ἐστὶν ἐν αὐτῷ, οὕτως ποιήσω ἕνεκεν τοῦ δουλεύοντός μοι, τούτου ἕνεκεν οὐ μὴ ἀπολέσω πάντας.
Thus says the Tetragrammatonⓘ: As when new wineⓘ is found in the cluster and one says «do not destroy it, there is a blessing in it», so will I do for the sake of my servants, so as not to destroy everything.

והוצאתי מיעקב זרע ומיהודה יורש הרי וירשוה בחירי ועבדי ישכנו שמה
καὶ ἐξάξω τὸ ἐξ Ιακωβ σπέρμα καὶ τὸ ἐξ Ιουδα, καὶ κληρονομήσει τὸ ὄρος τὸ ἅγιόν μου, καὶ κληρονομήσουσιν οἱ ἐκλεκτοί μου καὶ οἱ δοῦλοί μου καὶ κατοικήσουσιν ἐκεῖ.
I will bring forth from Yaʿaqòvⓘ a descendant and from Yehudàhⓘ an heir of my mountains: my chosen onesⓘ will possess them and my servants will dwell there.

והיה השרון לנוה צאן ועמק עכור לרבץ בקר לעמי אשר דרשוני
καὶ ἔσονται ἐν τῷ δρυμῷ ἐπαύλεις ποιμνίων καὶ φάραγξ Αχωρ εἰς ἀνάπαυσιν βουκολίων τῷ λαῷ μου, οἳ ἐζήτησάν με.
The Sharònⓘ will become a pasture for flocks, and the valley of Akòrⓘ a resting place for herds, for my people who have sought me.

ואתם עזבי יהוה השכחים את הר קדשי הערכים לגד שלחן והממלאים למני ממסך
ὑμεῖς δὲ οἱ ἐγκαταλιπόντες με καὶ ἐπιλανθανόμενοι τὸ ὄρος τὸ ἅγιόν μου καὶ ἑτοιμάζοντες τῷ δαίμονι τράπεζαν καὶ πληροῦντες τῇ τύχῃ κέρασμα,
But you who forsake the Tetragrammatonⓘ, who forget my holy mountain, who set a table for Gadⓘ and pour out mixed libation for Menìⓘ,

ומניתי אתכם לחרב וכלכם לטבח תכרעו יען קראתי ולא עניתם דברתי ולא שמעתם ותעשו הרע בעיני ובאשר לא חפצתי בחרתם
ἐγὼ παραδώσω ὑμᾶς εἰς μάχαιραν, πάντες ἐν σφαγῇ πεσεῖσθε, ὅτι ἐκάλεσα ὑμᾶς καὶ οὐχ ὑπηκούσατε, ἐλάλησα καὶ παρηκούσατε καὶ ἐποιήσατε τὸ πονηρὸν ἐναντίον ἐμοῦ καὶ ἃ οὐκ ἐβουλόμην ἐξελέξασθε.
I will destine you to the sword and all of you will bow down to slaughterⓘ, because I called and you did not answer, I spoke and you did not listen, but you did what is evil in my eyes and chose what I do not delight in.

לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה הנה עבדי יאכלו ואתם תרעבו הנה עבדי ישתו ואתם תצמאו הנה עבדי ישמחו ואתם תבשו
Διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος Ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι φάγονται, ὑμεῖς δὲ πεινάσετε· ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι πίονται, ὑμεῖς δὲ διψήσετε· ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι εὐφρανθήσονται, ὑμεῖς δὲ αἰσχυνθήσεσθε·
Therefore thus says Adonai, the Tetragrammatonⓘ: Behold, my servants shall eat, but you shall go hungry; behold, my servants shall drink, but you shall go thirsty; behold, my servants shall rejoice, but you shall be put to shame;

הנה עבדי ירנו מטוב לב ואתם תצעקו מכאב לב ומשבר רוח תילילו
ἰδοὺ οἱ δουλεύοντές μοι ἀγαλλιάσονται ἐν εὐφροσύνῃ, ὑμεῖς δὲ κεκράξεσθε διὰ τὸν πόνον τῆς καρδίας ὑμῶν καὶ ἀπὸ συντριβῆς πνεύματος ὀλολύξετε.
behold, my servants shall sing for gladness of heart, but you shall cry out for pain of heart and shall wailⓘ for anguish of spirit.
15
והנחתם שמכם לשבועה לבחירי והמיתך אדני יהוה ולעבדיו יקרא שם אחר
καταλείψετε γὰρ τὸ ὄνομα ὑμῶν εἰς πλησμονὴν τοῖς ἐκλεκτοῖς μου, ὑμᾶς δὲ ἀνελεῖ κύριος. τοῖς δὲ δουλεύουσιν αὐτῷ κληθήσεται ὄνομα καινόν,
You shall leave your name as a curseⓘ to my chosen ones, and Adonai, the Tetragrammatonⓘ will put you to death; but to his servants a different nameⓘ will be given.

אשר המתברך בארץ יתברך באלהי אמן והנשבע בארץ ישבע באלהי אמן כי נשכחו הצרות הראשנות וכי נסתרו מעיני
ὃ εὐλογηθήσεται ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς· εὐλογήσουσιν γὰρ τὸν θεὸν τὸν ἀληθινόν, καὶ οἱ ὀμνύοντες ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ὀμοῦνται τὸν θεὸν τὸν ἀληθινόν· ἐπιλήσονται γὰρ τὴν θλῖψιν αὐτῶν τὴν πρώτην, καὶ οὐκ ἀναβήσεται αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν. –
So that whoever blesses himself in the land will bless himself by the God of amenⓘ, and whoever swears in the land will swear by the God of amen, because the former troubles will be forgotten and hidden from my eyes.

כי הנני בורא שמים חדשים וארץ חדשה ולא תזכרנה הראשנות ולא תעלינה על לב
ἔσται γὰρ ὁ οὐρανὸς καινὸς καὶ ἡ γῆ καινή, καὶ οὐ μὴ μνησθῶσιν τῶν προτέρων, οὐδ’ οὐ μὴ ἐπέλθῃ αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν,
Behold, I am creating new heavens and a new earthⓘ: the former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind.

כי אם שישו וגילו עדי עד אשר אני בורא כי הנני בורא את ירושלם גילה ועמה משוש
ἀλλ’ εὐφροσύνην καὶ ἀγαλλίαμα εὑρήσουσιν ἐν αὐτῇ· ὅτι ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ποιῶ Ιερουσαλημ ἀγαλλίαμα καὶ τὸν λαόν μου εὐφροσύνην.
Rather, be glad and rejoice forever in that which I am creating: behold, I am creating Yerushalàimⓘ as a joy, and her people as a delight.
19
וגלתי בירושלם וששתי בעמי ולא ישמע בה עוד קול בכי וקול זעקה
καὶ ἀγαλλιάσομαι ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ καὶ εὐφρανθήσομαι ἐπὶ τῷ λαῷ μου, καὶ οὐκέτι μὴ ἀκουσθῇ ἐν αὐτῇ φωνὴ κλαυθμοῦ οὐδὲ φωνὴ κραυγῆς.
I will rejoice over Yerushalàim and be glad in my people: no more shall the sound of weeping or the cry of distress be heard in her.
20
לא יהיה משם עוד עול ימים וזקן אשר לא ימלא את ימיו כי הנער בן מאה שנה ימות והחוטא בן מאה שנה יקלל
καὶ οὐ μὴ γένηται ἐκεῖ ἄωρος καὶ πρεσβύτης, ὃς οὐκ ἐμπλήσει τὸν χρόνον αὐτοῦ· ἔσται γὰρ ὁ νέος ἑκατὸν ἐτῶν, ὁ δὲ ἀποθνῄσκων ἁμαρτωλὸς ἑκατὸν ἐτῶν καὶ ἐπικατάρατος ἔσται.
No longer shall there be in her an infant of days or an old man who does not complete his days; for the young man will die at a hundred yearsⓘ, and the sinner a hundred years old will be accursed.

ובנו בתים וישבו ונטעו כרמים ואכלו פרים
καὶ οἰκοδομήσουσιν οἰκίας καὶ αὐτοὶ ἐνοικήσουσιν, καὶ καταφυτεύσουσιν ἀμπελῶνας καὶ αὐτοὶ φάγονται τὰ γενήματα αὐτῶν·
They will build houses and inhabit them, they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit;
22
לא יבנו ואחר ישב לא יטעו ואחר יאכל כי כימי העץ ימי עמי ומעשה ידיהם יבלו בחירי
καὶ οὐ μὴ οἰκοδομήσουσιν καὶ ἄλλοι ἐνοικήσουσιν, καὶ οὐ μὴ φυτεύσουσιν καὶ ἄλλοι φάγονται· κατὰ γὰρ τὰς ἡμέρας τοῦ ξύλου τῆς ζωῆς ἔσονται αἱ ἡμέραι τοῦ λαοῦ μου, τὰ ἔργα τῶν πόνων αὐτῶν παλαιώσουσιν.
they will not build for another to inhabit, nor plant for another to eat; for like the days of the treeⓘ will be the days of my people, and my chosen ones will long enjoy the work of their hands.
23
לא ייגעו לריק ולא ילדו לבהלה כי זרע ברוכי יהוה המה וצאצאיהם אתם
οἱ δὲ ἐκλεκτοί μου οὐ κοπιάσουσιν εἰς κενὸν οὐδὲ τεκνοποιήσουσιν εἰς κατάραν, ὅτι σπέρμα ηὐλογημένον ὑπὸ θεοῦ ἐστιν, καὶ τὰ ἔκγονα αὐτῶν μετ’ αὐτῶν ἔσονται.
They will not labor in vain nor bring forth children for sudden terrorⓘ, because they are the offspring of those blessed by the Tetragrammatonⓘ, they and their descendants with them.

והיה טרם יקראו ואני אענה עוד הם מדברים ואני אשמע
καὶ ἔσται πρὶν κεκράξαι αὐτοὺς ἐγὼ ἐπακούσομαι αὐτῶν, ἔτι λαλούντων αὐτῶν ἐρῶ Τί ἐστιν;
And before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will have already heard.
25
זאב וטלה ירעו כאחד ואריה כבקר יאכל תבן ונחש עפר לחמו לא ירעו ולא ישחיתו בכל הר קדשי אמר יהוה
τότε λύκοι καὶ ἄρνες βοσκηθήσονται ἅμα, καὶ λέων ὡς βοῦς φάγεται ἄχυρα, ὄφις δὲ γῆν ὡς ἄρτον· οὐκ ἀδικήσουσιν οὐδὲ μὴ λυμανοῦνται ἐπὶ τῷ ὄρει τῷ ἁγίῳ μου, λέγει κύριος.
Wolf and lamb will graze togetherⓘ, the lion like the ox will eat straw, and the serpentⓘ will have dust for its food: they will not harm or destroy on all my holy mountain, says the Tetragrammatonⓘ.
