קומי אורי כי בא אורך וכבוד יהוה עליך זרח
Φωτίζου φωτίζου, Ιερουσαλημ, ἥκει γάρ σου τὸ φῶς, καὶ ἡ δόξα κυρίου ἐπὶ σὲ ἀνατέταλκεν.
ⓘ, for your light has come, and the ⓘ of the Tetragrammaton has risen upon you.

כי הנה החשך יכסה ארץ וערפל לאמים ועליך יזרח יהוה וכבודו עליך יראה
ἰδοὺ σκότος καὶ γνόφος καλύψει γῆν ἐπ’ ἔθνη· ἐπὶ δὲ σὲ φανήσεται κύριος, καὶ ἡ δόξα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ σὲ ὀφθήσεται.
For behold, ⓘ shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but upon you the Tetragrammaton shall shine, and his Glory shall appear upon you.

והלכו גוים לאורך ומלכים לנגה זרחך
καὶ πορεύσονται βασιλεῖς τῷ φωτί σου καὶ ἔθνη τῇ λαμπρότητί σου.
And ⓘ shall walk by your light, and kings toward the brightness of your rising.

שאי סביב עיניך וראי כלם נקבצו באו לך בניך מרחוק יבאו ובנתיך על צד תאמנה
ἆρον κύκλῳ τοὺς ὀφθαλμούς σου καὶ ἰδὲ συνηγμένα τὰ τέκνα σου· ἰδοὺ ἥκασιν πάντες οἱ υἱοί σου μακρόθεν, καὶ αἱ θυγατέρες σου ἐπ’ ὤμων ἀρθήσονται.
ⓘ and look: they all gather, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters ⓘ shall be carried.

אז תראי ונהרת ופחד ורחב לבבך כי יהפך עליך המון ים חיל גוים יבאו לך
τότε ὄψῃ καὶ φοβηθήσῃ καὶ ἐκστήσῃ τῇ καρδίᾳ, ὅτι μεταβαλεῖ εἰς σὲ πλοῦτος θαλάσσης καὶ ἐθνῶν καὶ λαῶν. καὶ ἥξουσίν σοι
Then you shall see and be radiant, ⓘ, because the ⓘ shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you.

שפעת גמלים תכסך בכרי מדין ועיפה כלם משבא יבאו זהב ולבונה ישאו ותהלת יהוה יבשרו
ἀγέλαι καμήλων, καὶ καλύψουσίν σε κάμηλοι Μαδιαμ καὶ Γαιφα· πάντες ἐκ Σαβα ἥξουσιν φέροντες χρυσίον καὶ λίβανον οἴσουσιν καὶ τὸ σωτήριον κυρίου εὐαγγελιοῦνται.
A multitude of camels shall cover you, dromedaries of Midyàn and of ⓘ; all from Shevàʿ shall come, they shall bring gold and incense, and ⓘ shall they announce.

כל צאן קדר יקבצו לך אילי נביות ישרתונך יעלו על רצון מזבחי ובית תפארתי אפאר
καὶ πάντα τὰ πρόβατα Κηδαρ συναχθήσονταί σοι, καὶ κριοὶ Ναβαιωθ ἥξουσίν σοι, καὶ ἀνενεχθήσεται δεκτὰ ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριόν μου, καὶ ὁ οἶκος τῆς προσευχῆς μου δοξασθήσεται.
All the flocks of ⓘ shall be gathered to you, the rams of Nevayòt shall serve you; they shall go up with acceptance upon my altar, and the house of my ⓘ I will glorify.

מי אלה כעב תעופינה וכיונים אל ארבתיהם
τίνες οἵδε ὡς νεφέλαι πέτανται καὶ ὡς περιστεραὶ σὺν νεοσσοῖς;
Who are these that fly like ⓘ, like doves to their dovecotes?

כי לי איים יקוו ואניות תרשיש בראשנה להביא בניך מרחוק כספם וזהבם אתם לשם יהוה אלהיך ולקדוש ישראל כי פארך
ἐμὲ νῆσοι ὑπέμειναν καὶ πλοῖα Θαρσις ἐν πρώτοις, ἀγαγεῖν τὰ τέκνα σου μακρόθεν καὶ τὸν ἄργυρον καὶ τὸν χρυσὸν μετ’ αὐτῶν διὰ τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου τὸ ἅγιον καὶ διὰ τὸ τὸν ἅγιον τοῦ Ισραηλ ἔνδοξον εἶναι.
For in me ⓘ the islands, and the ships of ⓘ first, to bring your sons from afar together with their silver and gold, for the Name of the Tetragrammaton your God and for the Holy One of Israèl, because he has glorified you.

ובנו בני נכר חמתיך ומלכיהם ישרתונך כי בקצפי הכיתיך וברצוני רחמתיך
καὶ οἰκοδομήσουσιν ἀλλογενεῖς τὰ τείχη σου, καὶ οἱ βασιλεῖς αὐτῶν παραστήσονταί σοι· διὰ γὰρ ὀργήν μου ἐπάταξά σε καὶ διὰ ἔλεον ἠγάπησά σε.
And foreigners shall build your walls, and their kings shall serve you: for ⓘ I struck you, but in my favour I have had ⓘ upon you.

ופתחו שעריך תמיד יומם ולילה לא יסגרו להביא אליך חיל גוים ומלכיהם נהוגים
καὶ ἀνοιχθήσονται αἱ πύλαι σου διὰ παντός, ἡμέρας καὶ νυκτὸς οὐ κλεισθήσονται, εἰσαγαγεῖν πρὸς σὲ δύναμιν ἐθνῶν καὶ βασιλεῖς ἀγομένους.
And your gates shall be open continually; day and night they shall not be shut, that people may bring to you the wealth of the nations, and their kings ⓘ.

כי הגוי והממלכה אשר לא יעבדוך יאבדו והגוים חרב יחרבו
τὰ γὰρ ἔθνη καὶ οἱ βασιλεῖς, οἵτινες οὐ δουλεύσουσίν σοι, ἀπολοῦνται, καὶ τὰ ἔθνη ἐρημίᾳ ἐρημωθήσονται.
For the nation and the kingdom that will not serve you shall perish, and the nations ⓘ.

כבוד הלבנון אליך יבוא ברוש תדהר ותאשור יחדו לפאר מקום מקדשי ומקום רגלי אכבד
καὶ ἡ δόξα τοῦ Λιβάνου πρὸς σὲ ἥξει ἐν κυπαρίσσῳ καὶ πεύκῃ καὶ κέδρῳ ἅμα, δοξάσαι τὸν τόπον τὸν ἅγιόν μου.
The glory of ⓘ shall come to you, ⓘ together, to glorify the place of my sanctuary; and ⓘ.

והלכו אליך שחוח בני מעניך והשתחוו על כפות רגליך כל מנאציך וקראו לך עיר יהוה ציון קדוש ישראל
καὶ πορεύσονται πρὸς σὲ δεδοικότες υἱοὶ ταπεινωσάντων σε καὶ παροξυνάντων σε, καὶ κληθήσῃ Πόλις κυρίου Σιων ἁγίου Ισραηλ.
And the sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending low, and all who despised you shall bow down at the soles of your feet; and they shall call you ⓘ, Tziòn of the Holy One of Israèl.

תחת היותך עזובה ושנואה ואין עובר ושמתיך לגאון עולם משוש דור ודור
διὰ τὸ γεγενῆσθαί σε ἐγκαταλελειμμένην καὶ μεμισημένην καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ βοηθῶν, καὶ θήσω σε ἀγαλλίαμα αἰώνιον, εὐφροσύνην γενεῶν γενεαῖς.
Instead of being forsaken and hated, with no one passing through you, I will make you an ⓘ, a joy from generation to generation.

וינקת חלב גוים ושד מלכים תינקי וידעת כי אני יהוה מושיעך וגאלך אביר יעקב
καὶ θηλάσεις γάλα ἐθνῶν καὶ πλοῦτον βασιλέων φάγεσαι· καὶ γνώσῃ ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ σῴζων σε καὶ ἐξαιρούμενός σε θεὸς Ισραηλ.
And you shall suck the milk of nations and suck the breast of kings, and you shall know that I, the Tetragrammaton, am your Saviour and your ⓘ, the Mighty One of Yaaqòv.

תחת הנחשת אביא זהב ותחת הברזל אביא כסף ותחת העצים נחשת ותחת האבנים ברזל ושמתי פקדתך שלום ונגשיך צדקה
καὶ ἀντὶ χαλκοῦ οἴσω σοι χρυσίον, ἀντὶ δὲ σιδήρου οἴσω σοι ἀργύριον, ἀντὶ δὲ ξύλων οἴσω σοι χαλκόν, ἀντὶ δὲ λίθων σίδηρον. καὶ δώσω τοὺς ἄρχοντάς σου ἐν εἰρήνῃ καὶ τοὺς ἐπισκόπους σου ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ·
Instead of bronze I will bring gold, instead of iron I will bring silver, instead of wood bronze, instead of stones iron; and I will make ⓘ your authority, and ⓘ your taskmasters.

לא ישמע עוד חמס בארצך שד ושבר בגבוליך וקראת ישועה חומתיך ושעריך תהלה
καὶ οὐκ ἀκουσθήσεται ἔτι ἀδικία ἐν τῇ γῇ σου οὐδὲ σύντριμμα οὐδὲ ταλαιπωρία ἐν τοῖς ὁρίοις σου, ἀλλὰ κληθήσεται Σωτήριον τὰ τείχη σου, καὶ αἱ πύλαι σου Γλύμμα.
Violence ⟦|chamàs, oppression and wrong⟧ shall no more be heard in your land, devastation or destruction within your borders; and you shall call your walls ⓘ and your gates ⓘ.

לא יהיה לך עוד השמש לאור יומם ולנגה הירח לא יאיר לך והיה לך יהוה לאור עולם ואלהיך לתפארתך
καὶ οὐκ ἔσται σοι ὁ ἥλιος εἰς φῶς ἡμέρας, οὐδὲ ἀνατολὴ σελήνης φωτιεῖ σοι τὴν νύκτα, ἀλλ’ ἔσται σοι κύριος φῶς αἰώνιον καὶ ὁ θεὸς δόξα σου.
The sun shall be no more your light by day, nor shall the moon give you its brightness; but the Tetragrammaton will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.
20
לא יבוא עוד שמשך וירחך לא יאסף כי יהוה יהיה לך לאור עולם ושלמו ימי אבלך
οὐ γὰρ δύσεται ὁ ἥλιός σοι, καὶ ἡ σελήνη σοι οὐκ ἐκλείψει· ἔσται γὰρ κύριός σοι φῶς αἰώνιον, καὶ ἀναπληρωθήσονται αἱ ἡμέραι τοῦ πένθους σου.
Your sun shall no more go down, nor shall your moon withdraw, for the Tetragrammaton will be your everlasting light, and the ⓘ shall be ended.
21
ועמך כלם צדיקים לעולם יירשו ארץ נצר מטעו מטעי מעשה ידי להתפאר
καὶ ὁ λαός σου πᾶς δίκαιος, καὶ δι’ αἰῶνος κληρονομήσουσιν τὴν γῆν, φυλάσσων τὸ φύτευμα, ἔργα χειρῶν αὐτοῦ εἰς δόξαν.
And your people, all ⓘ, shall possess the land forever, the ⓘ, the work of my hands, that I might be glorified.
22
הקטן יהיה לאלף והצעיר לגוי עצום אני יהוה בעתה אחישנה
ὁ ὀλιγοστὸς ἔσται εἰς χιλιάδας καὶ ὁ ἐλάχιστος εἰς ἔθνος μέγα· ἐγὼ κύριος κατὰ καιρὸν συνάξω αὐτούς.
The least shall become a thousand and the smallest a mighty nation: ⓘ.
