לא תשא שמע שוא אל תשת ידך עם רשע להית עד חמס
Οὐ παραδέξῃ ἀκοὴν ματαίαν. οὐ συγκαταθήσῃ μετὰ τοῦ ἀδίκου γενέσθαι μάρτυς ἄδικος.
Do not spread ⓘ; do not lend your hand to the wicked to become a ⓘ of violence.

לא תהיה אחרי רבים לרעת ולא תענה על רב לנטת אחרי רבים להטת
οὐκ ἔσῃ μετὰ πλειόνων ἐπὶ κακίᾳ. οὐ προστεθήσῃ μετὰ πλήθους ἐκκλῖναι μετὰ πλειόνων ὥστε ἐκκλῖναι κρίσιν.
Do not follow the ⓘ to do evil, nor testify in a ⓘ by bending after the many so as to ⓘ.

ודל לא תהדר בריבו
καὶ πένητα οὐκ ἐλεήσεις ἐν κρίσει. –
And the ⓘ you shall not favor in his lawsuit.

כי תפגע שור איבך או חמרו תעה השב תשיבנו לו
ἐὰν δὲ συναντήσῃς τῷ βοὶ τοῦ ἐχθροῦ σου ἢ τῷ ὑποζυγίῳ αὐτοῦ πλανωμένοις, ἀποστρέψας ἀποδώσεις αὐτῷ.
When you ⓘ the ox of your ⓘ or his donkey straying lost, you must bring them back and return them to him.

כי תראה חמור שנאך רבץ תחת משאו וחדלת מעזב לו עזב תעזב עמו
ἐὰν δὲ ἴδῃς τὸ ὑποζύγιον τοῦ ἐχθροῦ σου πεπτωκὸς ὑπὸ τὸν γόμον αὐτοῦ, οὐ παρελεύσῃ αὐτό, ἀλλὰ συνεγερεῖς αὐτὸ μετ’ αὐτοῦ. –
When you see the donkey of one who hates you collapsed under its load, beware of abandoning it to itself: ⓘ.

לא תטה משפט אבינך בריבו
οὐ διαστρέψεις κρίμα πένητος ἐν κρίσει αὐτοῦ.
Do not pervert the ⓘ in his dispute.

מדבר שקר תרחק ונקי וצדיק אל תהרג כי לא אצדיק רשע
ἀπὸ παντὸς ῥήματος ἀδίκου ἀποστήσῃ· ἀθῷον καὶ δίκαιον οὐκ ἀποκτενεῖς καὶ οὐ δικαιώσεις τὸν ἀσεβῆ ἕνεκεν δώρων.
Keep yourself far from every lying word; the innocent and the righteous do not put to death, for I ⓘ.

ושחד לא תקח כי השחד יעור פקחים ויסלף דברי צדיקים
καὶ δῶρα οὐ λήμψῃ· τὰ γὰρ δῶρα ἐκτυφλοῖ ὀφθαλμοὺς βλεπόντων καὶ λυμαίνεται ῥήματα δίκαια. –
ⓘ do not take, for the bribe blinds those who have open eyes and perverts the words of the righteous.

וגר לא תלחץ ואתם ידעתם את נפש הגר כי גרים הייתם בארץ מצרים
καὶ προσήλυτον οὐ θλίψετε· ὑμεῖς γὰρ οἴδατε τὴν ψυχὴν τοῦ προσηλύτου· αὐτοὶ γὰρ προσήλυτοι ἦτε ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ.
The ⓘ do not oppress: you know the ⓘ of the stranger, for you yourselves were strangers in the land of Egypt.

ושש שנים תזרע את ארצך ואספת את תבואתה
Ἓξ ἔτη σπερεῖς τὴν γῆν σου καὶ συνάξεις τὰ γενήματα αὐτῆς·
For six years you shall sow your land and gather its produce,

והשביעת תשמטנה ונטשתה ואכלו אביני עמך ויתרם תאכל חית השדה כן תעשה לכרמך לזיתך
τῷ δὲ ἑβδόμῳ ἄφεσιν ποιήσεις καὶ ἀνήσεις αὐτήν, καὶ ἔδονται οἱ πτωχοὶ τοῦ ἔθνους σου, τὰ δὲ ὑπολειπόμενα ἔδεται τὰ ἄγρια θηρία. οὕτως ποιήσεις τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου καὶ τὸν ἐλαιῶνά σου. –
but the seventh year you shall ⓘ, so that the poor of your people may eat of it, and what remains let the beast of the field eat; so shall you do for your vineyard and for your olive grove.

ששת ימים תעשה מעשיך וביום השביעי תשבת למען ינוח שורך וחמרך וינפש בן אמתך והגר
ἓξ ἡμέρας ποιήσεις τὰ ἔργα σου, τῇ δὲ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ἑβδόμῃ ἀνάπαυσις, ἵνα ἀναπαύσηται ὁ βοῦς σου καὶ τὸ ὑποζύγιόν σου, καὶ ἵνα ἀναψύξῃ ὁ υἱὸς τῆς παιδίσκης σου καὶ ὁ προσήλυτος. –
For six days you shall do your works, but on the seventh day you shall ⓘ, so that your ox and your donkey may rest and the son of your maidservant and the stranger may be refreshed.

ובכל אשר אמרתי אליכם תשמרו ושם אלהים אחרים לא תזכירו לא ישמע על פיך
πάντα, ὅσα εἴρηκα πρὸς ὑμᾶς, φυλάξασθε. Καὶ ὄνομα θεῶν ἑτέρων οὐκ ἀναμνησθήσεσθε, οὐδὲ μὴ ἀκουσθῇ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος ὑμῶν.
In all that I have said to you be attentive; the name of other ⓘ do not mention, let it not be heard from your mouth.

שלש רגלים תחג לי בשנה
τρεῖς καιροὺς τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ἑορτάσατέ μοι.
Three times a year you shall keep a ⓘ to me.
15
את חג המצות תשמר שבעת ימים תאכל מצות כאשר צויתך למועד חדש האביב כי בו יצאת ממצרים ולא יראו פני ריקם
τὴν ἑορτὴν τῶν ἀζύμων φυλάξασθε ποιεῖν· ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας ἔδεσθε ἄζυμα, καθάπερ ἐνετειλάμην σοι, κατὰ τὸν καιρὸν τοῦ μηνὸς τῶν νέων· ἐν γὰρ αὐτῷ ἐξῆλθες ἐξ Αἰγύπτου. οὐκ ὀφθήσῃ ἐνώπιόν μου κενός.
The feast of ⓘ you shall observe: for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time of the month of Aviv — for in it you went out from Egypt; and none shall appear before me empty-handed.

וחג הקציר בכורי מעשיך אשר תזרע בשדה וחג האסף בצאת השנה באספך את מעשיך מן השדה
καὶ ἑορτὴν θερισμοῦ πρωτογενημάτων ποιήσεις τῶν ἔργων σου, ὧν ἐὰν σπείρῃς ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ σου, καὶ ἑορτὴν συντελείας ἐπ’ ἐξόδου τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ἐν τῇ συναγωγῇ τῶν ἔργων σου τῶν ἐκ τοῦ ἀγροῦ σου.
And you shall keep the feast of the ⓘ, the firstfruits of your works in the fields, and the feast of the ⓘ at the turn of the year, when you gather the fruit of your labor from the field.

שלש פעמים בשנה יראה כל זכורך אל פני האדן יהוה
τρεῖς καιροὺς τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ὀφθήσεται πᾶν ἀρσενικόν σου ἐνώπιον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου.
Three times a year every male of yours shall appear before the ⓘ.

לא תזבח על חמץ דם זבחי ולא ילין חלב חגי עד בקר
ὅταν γὰρ ἐκβάλω ἔθνη ἀπὸ προσώπου σου καὶ ἐμπλατύνω τὰ ὅριά σου, οὐ θύσεις ἐπὶ ζύμῃ αἷμα θυσιάσματός μου, οὐδὲ μὴ κοιμηθῇ στέαρ τῆς ἑορτῆς μου ἕως πρωί.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——ⓘ, you shall not offer upon leavened bread the blood ⓘ, nor shall the fat ⓘ lie until morning.—— Masoretic (MT) ——You shall not offer with leavened bread the blood of my sacrifice, nor shall the fat of my feast remain until morning. ⓘ

ראשית בכורי אדמתך תביא בית יהוה אלהיך לא תבשל גדי בחלב אמו
τὰς ἀπαρχὰς τῶν πρωτογενημάτων τῆς γῆς σου εἰσοίσεις εἰς τὸν οἶκον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου. οὐχ ἑψήσεις ἄρνα ἐν γάλακτι μητρὸς αὐτοῦ.
The firstfruits of the first produce of your soil you shall bring to the house of ⓘ your God. You shall not boil a kid in its mother's milk.

הנה אנכי שלח מלאך לפניך לשמרך בדרך ולהביאך אל המקום אשר הכנתי
Καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἀποστέλλω τὸν ἄγγελόν μου πρὸ προσώπου σου, ἵνα φυλάξῃ σε ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ, ὅπως εἰσαγάγῃ σε εἰς τὴν γῆν, ἣν ἡτοίμασά σοι.
Behold, I send a ⓘ before you to keep you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared.

השמר מפניו ושמע בקלו אל תמר בו כי לא ישא לפשעכם כי שמי בקרבו
πρόσεχε σεαυτῷ καὶ εἰσάκουε αὐτοῦ καὶ μὴ ἀπείθει αὐτῷ· οὐ γὰρ μὴ ὑποστείληταί σε, τὸ γὰρ ὄνομά μού ἐστιν ἐπ’ αὐτῷ.
Take good heed before him, listen to his voice, do not rebel against him: he will not forgive your transgression, for ⓘ.

כי אם שמע תשמע בקלו ועשית כל אשר אדבר ואיבתי את איביך וצרתי את צרריך
ἐὰν ἀκοῇ ἀκούσητε τῆς ἐμῆς φωνῆς καὶ ποιήσῃς πάντα, ὅσα ἂν ἐντείλωμαί σοι, καὶ φυλάξητε τὴν διαθήκην μου, ἔσεσθέ μοι λαὸς περιούσιος ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν· ἐμὴ γάρ ἐστιν πᾶσα ἡ γῆ, ὑμεῖς δὲ ἔσεσθέ μοι βασίλειον ἱεράτευμα καὶ ἔθνος ἅγιον. ταῦτα τὰ ῥήματα ἐρεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ Ἐὰν ἀκοῇ ἀκούσητε τῆς φωνῆς μου καὶ ποιήσῃς πάντα, ὅσα ἂν εἴπω σοι, ἐχθρεύσω τοῖς ἐχθροῖς σου καὶ ἀντικείσομαι τοῖς ἀντικειμένοις σοι.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——If listening you will listen to my voice and you will do all that I command you, and you will keep my ⓘ, ⓘ. ⓘ: If listening you will listen to my voice and you will do all that I tell you, I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to those who oppose you.—— Masoretic (MT) ——But if you truly listen to his voice and do ⓘ, I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

כי ילך מלאכי לפניך והביאך אל האמרי והחתי והפרזי והכנעני החוי והיבוסי והכחדתיו
πορεύσεται γὰρ ὁ ἄγγελός μου ἡγούμενός σου καὶ εἰσάξει σε πρὸς τὸν Αμορραῖον καὶ Χετταῖον καὶ Φερεζαῖον καὶ Χαναναῖον καὶ Γεργεσαῖον καὶ Ευαῖον καὶ Ιεβουσαῖον, καὶ ἐκτρίψω αὐτούς.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——For my messenger will go ⓘ and will bring you to the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the ⓘ, the Hivite and the Jebusite, and I will exterminate them.—— Masoretic (MT) ——For my messenger will go before you and will bring you to the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the ⓘ, and I will annihilate them.

לא תשתחוה לאלהיהם ולא תעבדם ולא תעשה כמעשיהם כי הרס תהרסם ושבר תשבר מצבתיהם
οὐ προσκυνήσεις τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν οὐδὲ μὴ λατρεύσῃς αὐτοῖς· οὐ ποιήσεις κατὰ τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν, ἀλλὰ καθαιρέσει καθελεῖς καὶ συντρίβων συντρίψεις τὰς στήλας αὐτῶν.
Do not bow down before their ⓘ nor serve them, nor act according to their practices, but you shall utterly destroy them and shatter their ⓘ.
25
ועבדתם את יהוה אלהיכם וברך את לחמך ואת מימיך והסרתי מחלה מקרבך
καὶ λατρεύσεις κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ σου, καὶ εὐλογήσω τὸν ἄρτον σου καὶ τὸν οἶνόν σου καὶ τὸ ὕδωρ σου καὶ ἀποστρέψω μαλακίαν ἀφ’ ὑμῶν.
You shall serve ⓘ your God, and he will bless your bread and your ⓘ, and I will remove sickness from your midst.
26
לא תהיה משכלה ועקרה בארצך את מספר ימיך אמלא
οὐκ ἔσται ἄγονος οὐδὲ στεῖρα ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς σου· τὸν ἀριθμὸν τῶν ἡμερῶν σου ἀναπληρώσω.
There shall not be in your land a woman who miscarries nor a barren one; the number of your days I will fulfill in full.
27
את אימתי אשלח לפניך והמתי את כל העם אשר תבא בהם ונתתי את כל איביך אליך ערף
καὶ τὸν φόβον ἀποστελῶ ἡγούμενόν σου καὶ ἐκστήσω πάντα τὰ ἔθνη, εἰς οὓς σὺ εἰσπορεύῃ εἰς αὐτούς, καὶ δώσω πάντας τοὺς ὑπεναντίους σου φυγάδας.
I will send before you my ⓘ, and I will throw into confusion every people among whom you arrive, and I will make all your enemies turn in flight before you.

ושלחתי את הצרעה לפניך וגרשה את החוי את הכנעני ואת החתי מלפניך
καὶ ἀποστελῶ τὰς σφηκίας προτέρας σου, καὶ ἐκβαλεῖ τοὺς Αμορραίους καὶ τοὺς Ευαίους καὶ τοὺς Χαναναίους καὶ τοὺς Χετταίους ἀπὸ σοῦ.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And I will send before you the ⓘ, and they will drive out from before you the ⓘ, the Hivites, the Canaanites and the Hittites.—— Masoretic (MT) ——I will send before you the ⓘ, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite and the Hittite before you.

לא אגרשנו מפניך בשנה אחת פן תהיה הארץ שממה ורבה עליך חית השדה
οὐκ ἐκβαλῶ αὐτοὺς ἐν ἐνιαυτῷ ἑνί, ἵνα μὴ γένηται ἡ γῆ ἔρημος καὶ πολλὰ γένηται ἐπὶ σὲ τὰ θηρία τῆς γῆς·
I will not drive them out before you in a single year, lest the land become desolate and the wild beasts multiply against you:
30
מעט מעט אגרשנו מפניך עד אשר תפרה ונחלת את הארץ
κατὰ μικρὸν μικρὸν ἐκβαλῶ αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ σοῦ, ἕως ἂν αὐξηθῇς καὶ κληρονομήσῃς τὴν γῆν.
little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased in number and inherit the land.
31
ושתי את גבלך מים סוף ועד ים פלשתים וממדבר עד הנהר כי אתן בידכם את ישבי הארץ וגרשתמו מפניך
καὶ θήσω τὰ ὅριά σου ἀπὸ τῆς ἐρυθρᾶς θαλάσσης ἕως τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς Φυλιστιιμ καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς ἐρήμου ἕως τοῦ μεγάλου ποταμοῦ Εὐφράτου· καὶ παραδώσω εἰς τὰς χεῖρας ὑμῶν τοὺς ἐγκαθημένους ἐν τῇ γῇ καὶ ἐκβαλῶ αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ σοῦ.
—— Septuagint (LXX) ——And I will set your borders from the ⓘ to the sea of the ⓘ, and from the wilderness to the ⓘ; and I will deliver into your hands the inhabitants settled in the land, and I will drive them out from you.—— Masoretic (MT) ——I will establish your borders from the ⓘ to the sea of the Philistines and from the wilderness to the ⓘ, for I will deliver into your hands the inhabitants of the land, and you will drive them out before you.

לא תכרת להם ולאלהיהם ברית
οὐ συγκαταθήσῃ αὐτοῖς καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν διαθήκην,
Do not make with them nor with their gods any ⓘ.
33
לא ישבו בארצך פן יחטיאו אתך לי כי תעבד את אלהיהם כי יהיה לך למוקש
καὶ οὐκ ἐγκαθήσονται ἐν τῇ γῇ σου, ἵνα μὴ ἁμαρτεῖν σε ποιήσωσιν πρός με· ἐὰν γὰρ δουλεύσῃς τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν, οὗτοι ἔσονταί σοι πρόσκομμα.
They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against me when you serve their gods: this would become for you a ⓘ.
