GreekἘπιστραφεὶς ὁ Πέτρος βλέπει τὸν μαθητὴν ὃν ἠγάπα ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἀκολουθοῦντα, ὃς καὶ ἀνέπεσεν ἐν τῷ δείπνῳ ἐπὶ τὸ στῆθος αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν· Κύριε, τίς ἐστιν ὁ παραδιδούς σε;
Orthodox ReadingTurning around, Peter sees the discipleⓘ whom Jesus lovedⓘ with covenant love following behind — the very one who at the supperⓘ had reclined on Jesus' breast and had asked: «Lord, who is the one who betrays youⓘ?».
