Greekεἰ περιτομὴν ⸀λαμβάνει ἄνθρωπος ἐν σαββάτῳ ἵνα μὴ λυθῇ ὁ νόμος Μωϋσέως, ἐμοὶ χολᾶτε ὅτι ὅλον ἄνθρωπον ὑγιῆ ἐποίησα ἐν σαββάτῳ;
Orthodox ReadingNow, if a man receives the milah on Shabbatⓘ so that the Torah of Moses may not be brokenⓘ, are you indignant with me because — by a reasoning from the lesser to the greater (qal wa-homer)ⓘ I made a whole man well on Shabbat?
