Ὑμεῖς οὖν ἀκούσατε τὴν παραβολὴν τοῦ σπείραντος.
Voi dunque ascoltate la parabola del seminatore.
You therefore hearⓘ the parable of the sowerⓘ.

παντὸς ἀκούοντος τὸν λόγον τῆς βασιλείας καὶ μὴ συνιέντος, ἔρχεται ὁ πονηρὸς καὶ ἁρπάζει τὸ ἐσπαρμένον ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ· οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ παρὰ τὴν ὁδὸν σπαρείς.
Ogni volta che uno ascolta la parola del Regno e non la comprende, viene il Maligno e ruba ciò che è stato seminato nel suo cuore: questo è il seme seminato lungo la strada.
When anyone hears the word of the Kingdomⓘ and does not understandⓘ it, the Evil Oneⓘ comes and snatches awayⓘ what was sownⓘ in his heartⓘ: this is the one sown along the pathⓘ.

ὁ δὲ ἐπὶ τὰ πετρώδη σπαρείς, οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ τὸν λόγον ἀκούων καὶ εὐθὺς μετὰ χαρᾶς λαμβάνων αὐτόν,
Quello che è stato seminato sul terreno sassoso è colui che ascolta la Parola e l'accoglie subito con gioia,
The one sown on rocky groundⓘ, this is the one who hears the Word and immediatelyⓘ receives it with joyⓘ,

οὐκ ἔχει δὲ ῥίζαν ἐν ἑαυτῷ ἀλλὰ πρόσκαιρός ἐστιν, γενομένης δὲ θλίψεως ἢ διωγμοῦ διὰ τὸν λόγον εὐθὺς σκανδαλίζεται.
ma non ha in sé radici ed è incostante, sicché, appena giunge una tribolazione o una persecuzione a causa della Parola, egli subito viene meno.
yet has no rootⓘ in himself and is inconstantⓘ; when tribulation or persecutionⓘ arises on account of the Word, immediately he stumblesⓘ.

ὁ δὲ εἰς τὰς ἀκάνθας σπαρείς, οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ τὸν λόγον ἀκούων, καὶ ἡ μέριμνα τοῦ αἰῶνος τούτου καὶ ἡ ἀπάτη τοῦ πλούτου συμπνίγει τὸν λόγον, καὶ ἄκαρπος γίνεται.
Quello seminato tra i rovi è colui che ascolta la Parola, ma la preoccupazione del mondo e la seduzione della ricchezza soffocano la Parola ed essa non dà frutto.
The one sown among the thornsⓘ, this is the one who hears the Word, but the care of this worldⓘ and the deceit of richesⓘ chokeⓘ the Word, and it becomes unfruitfulⓘ.

ὁ δὲ ἐπὶ τὴν καλὴν γῆν σπαρείς, οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ τὸν λόγον ἀκούων καὶ συνιείς, ὃς δὴ καρποφορεῖ καὶ ποιεῖ ὃ μὲν ἑκατὸν ὃ δὲ ἑξήκοντα ὃ δὲ τριάκοντα.
Quello seminato sul terreno buono è colui che ascolta la Parola e la comprende; questi dà frutto e produce il cento, il sessanta, il trenta per uno".
The one sown on good groundⓘ, this is the one who hears the Word and understandsⓘ it; this one bears fruitⓘ and yields, one a hundredfold, one sixty, one thirty.
