Καὶ ἐλθόντες οἱ μαθηταὶ εἰς τὸ πέραν ἐπελάθοντο ἄρτους λαβεῖν.
Nel passare all'altra riva, i discepoli avevano dimenticato di prendere del pane.
And the disciplesⓘ, having come to the other shoreⓘ, realized they had forgottenⓘ to bring loavesⓘ.

ὁ δὲ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Ὁρᾶτε καὶ προσέχετε ἀπὸ τῆς ζύμης τῶν Φαρισαίων καὶ Σαδδουκαίων.
Gesù disse loro: "Fate attenzione e guardatevi dal lievito dei farisei e dei sadducei".
Jesus said to them: «See and bewareⓘ of the leavenⓘ of the Pharisees (perushim) and of the Sadducees (tzeduqim)».

οἱ δὲ διελογίζοντο ἐν ἑαυτοῖς λέγοντες ὅτι Ἄρτους οὐκ ἐλάβομεν.
Ma essi parlavano tra loro e dicevano: "Non abbiamo preso del pane!".
And they reasonedⓘ among themselves saying: «We did not bring loavesⓘ».

γνοὺς δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν· Τί διαλογίζεσθε ἐν ἑαυτοῖς, ὀλιγόπιστοι, ὅτι ἄρτους οὐκ ἔχετε;
Gesù se ne accorse e disse: "Gente di poca fede, perché andate dicendo tra voi che non avete pane?
Having known itⓘ, Jesus said: «Why do you reasonⓘ among yourselves, people of little faithⓘ, that you have no loaves?

οὔπω νοεῖτε, οὐδὲ μνημονεύετε τοὺς πέντε ἄρτους τῶν πεντακισχιλίων καὶ πόσους κοφίνους ἐλάβετε;
Non capite ancora e non ricordate i cinque pani per i cinquemila, e quante ceste avete portato via?
Do you not yet understandⓘ, nor do you rememberⓘ the five loaves of the five thousandⓘ and how many basketsⓘ you gathered?

οὐδὲ τοὺς ἑπτὰ ἄρτους τῶν τετρακισχιλίων καὶ πόσας σπυρίδας ἐλάβετε;
E neppure i sette pani per i quattromila, e quante sporte avete raccolto?
Nor the seven loaves of the four thousandⓘ and how many hampersⓘ you gathered?

πῶς οὐ νοεῖτε ὅτι οὐ περὶ ἄρτων εἶπον ὑμῖν; προσέχετε δὲ ἀπὸ τῆς ζύμης τῶν Φαρισαίων καὶ Σαδδουκαίων.
Come mai non capite che non vi parlavo del pane? Guardatevi invece dal lievito dei farisei e dei sadducei".
How is it that you do not understandⓘ that not concerning loavesⓘ I was speaking to you? Bewareⓘ of the leaven of the Pharisees (perushim) and of the Sadducees (tzeduqim)».

τότε συνῆκαν ὅτι οὐκ εἶπεν προσέχειν ἀπὸ τῆς ζύμης τῶν ἄρτων ἀλλὰ ἀπὸ τῆς διδαχῆς τῶν Φαρισαίων καὶ Σαδδουκαίων.
Allora essi compresero che egli non aveva detto di guardarsi dal lievito del pane, ma dall'insegnamento dei farisei e dei sadducei.
Then they understoodⓘ that he had not said to beware of the leaven of the loavesⓘ, but of the teachingⓘ of the Pharisees (perushim) and of the Sadducees (tzeduqim) — the leaven as doctrineⓘ.
