Καὶ ὅτε ἐγένετο ἡ ὥρα, ἀνέπεσεν καὶ οἱ ἀπόστολοι σὺν αὐτῷ.
Quando venne l'ora, prese posto a tavola e gli apostoli con lui,
And when the hour hourⓘ came, he reclined at table reclinedⓘ and the Twelve sent with a mandate, the shlichim sentⓘ, with him.

καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς· Ἐπιθυμίᾳ ἐπεθύμησα τοῦτο τὸ πάσχα φαγεῖν μεθ' ὑμῶν πρὸ τοῦ με παθεῖν·
e disse loro: «Ho tanto desiderato mangiare questa Pasqua con voi, prima della mia passione,
And he said to them: «With most intense desire I have desired desire I have desiredⓘ to eat this Pesach Pesachⓘ with you before my suffering sufferingⓘ:

λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐ μὴ φάγω αὐτὸ ἕως ὅτου πληρωθῇ ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ τοῦ θεοῦ.
perché io vi dico: non la mangerò più, finché essa non si compia nel regno di Dio».
for I tell you that no longer will I eat it until it be fulfilled until it be fulfilledⓘ in the Kingdom of God Kingdom of Godⓘ.

καὶ δεξάμενος ποτήριον εὐχαριστήσας εἶπεν· Λάβετε τοῦτο καὶ διαμερίσατε εἰς ἑαυτούς·
E, ricevuto un calice, rese grazie e disse: «Prendetelo e fatelo passare tra voi,
And having received a cup, having given thanks having given thanksⓘ he said: «Take this and divide it divide itⓘ among yourselves:

λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν, οὐ μὴ πίω ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν ἀπὸ τοῦ γενήματος τῆς ἀμπέλου ἕως οὗ ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ ἔλθῃ.
perché io vi dico: da questo momento non berrò più del frutto della vite, finché non verrà il regno di Dio».
for I tell you that no longer will I drink of the fruit of the vine fruit of the vineⓘ until the Kingdom of God come.»

καὶ λαβὼν ἄρτον εὐχαριστήσας ἔκλασεν καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς λέγων· Τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ σῶμά μου τὸ ὑπὲρ ὑμῶν διδόμενον· τοῦτο ποιεῖτε εἰς τὴν ἐμὴν ἀνάμνησιν.
Poi prese il pane, rese grazie, lo spezzò e lo diede loro dicendo: «Questo è il mio corpo, che è dato per voi; fate questo in memoria di me».
And having taken a bread, having given thanks breadⓘ — having pronounced the berakhah ha-motzi, «Blessed are You, YHWH our God, who bring forth bread from the earth» — he broke it brokeⓘ and gave it to them, saying: «This is my body given for you: do this in memory of me memoryⓘ.»

καὶ τὸ ποτήριον ὡσαύτως μετὰ τὸ δειπνῆσαι, λέγων· Τοῦτο τὸ ποτήριον ἡ καινὴ διαθήκη ἐν τῷ αἵματί μου τὸ ὑπὲρ ὑμῶν ἐκχυννόμενον.
E, dopo aver cenato, fece lo stesso con il calice dicendo: «Questo calice è la nuova alleanza nel mio sangue, che è versato per voi».
And likewise the cup after they had supped, saying: «This cup is the new covenant new covenantⓘ in my blood, poured out for you.

πλὴν ἰδοὺ ἡ χεὶρ τοῦ παραδιδόντος με μετ' ἐμοῦ ἐπὶ τῆς τραπέζης·
«Ma ecco, la mano di colui che mi tradisce è con me, sulla tavola.
«But behold, the hand of the one who delivers me up deliversⓘ is with me on the table tableⓘ.

ὅτι ὁ υἱὸς μὲν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου κατὰ τὸ ὡρισμένον πορεύεται, πλὴν οὐαὶ τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ ἐκείνῳ δι' οὗ παραδίδοται.
Il Figlio dell'uomo se ne va, secondo quanto è stabilito, ma guai a quell'uomo dal quale egli viene tradito!».
The Son of Man Son of Manⓘ indeed goes along the way appointed, according to what has been decreed according to what is decreedⓘ, but woe woeⓘ to that man by whom he is delivered up.»

καὶ αὐτοὶ ἤρξαντο συζητεῖν πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς τὸ τίς ἄρα εἴη ἐξ αὐτῶν ὁ τοῦτο μέλλων πράσσειν.
Allora essi cominciarono a domandarsi l'un l'altro chi di loro avrebbe fatto questo.
And they began to question one another question one anotherⓘ which of them it might be who was to do this.
