Ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τῷ βαπτισθῆναι ἅπαντα τὸν λαὸν καὶ Ἰησοῦ βαπτισθέντος καὶ προσευχομένου ἀνεῳχθῆναι τὸν οὐρανὸν
Ed ecco, mentre tutto il popolo veniva battezzato e Gesù, ricevuto anche lui il battesimo, stava in preghiera, il cielo si aprì
And it came to pass that, while all the people of the covenant (ʿam Israʾel)ⓘ were being immersed in the tevilah of teshuvah, the immersion of conversionⓘ — and Jesus too had received the immersion —, while he was at prayerⓘ, heaven was openedⓘ

καὶ καταβῆναι τὸ πνεῦμα τὸ ἅγιον σωματικῷ εἴδει ὡς περιστερὰν ἐπ' αὐτόν, καὶ φωνὴν ἐξ οὐρανοῦ γενέσθαι· Σὺ εἶ ὁ υἱός μου ὁ ἀγαπητός, ἐν σοὶ εὐδόκησα.
